If I could do zero stars I would. In the past this place was great, older gent in there was great but most recent I brought my car hauler trailer in for a battery and the girl seemed irritated I was even there. I said I wanted them to swap them out for me and they rang me up then she said I had to lay a core charge cause the battery’s weren’t in there. I said well I’m having you guys swap em out don’t you offer that service. She was instantly annoyed and said she was the only one there yet there were literally two other employees there one even brought the battery’s over ha. Then she proceeded to tell me they only do battery’s on cars not trailers. Well the trailer has a front hood and the battery has one bolt it’s identical but nope. So then I asked to use a socket set and they said I’d need to still pay the cord and go thru tool rental process and step aside while they helped someone else!!! Just wow. I just took the battery’s and left. If I was not in a time crunch I’d a said forget it and went to batteries plus which is always great. Honestly once this day is over I very may well just bring them back and return. Awful awful service. I don’t even attempt the 20% coupon online. Forget it. I should add there was only one other customer in there, they were not “busy”.
