  I’m not sure what “upgrades” they installed since they bought out Splash n Dash but I feel like the quality of the wash has declined. My car mirror get pushed in EVERY SINGLE TIME and I have to stop and get out and fix it. It also doesn’t clean the bugs off and leaves water spots all over when it never did before. I also miss the drying service from the teenagers😕 It’s more money for less quality. I miss Splash n Dash 😩

  Not only did this wash not clean my vehicle at all but it left scratches all over my truck. I talked to the manager at the location and he said it was impossible for their wash to scratch a vehicle when it clearly had scratched mine. This manager was also extremely rude during the whole situation and did nothing at all to try and resolve the issue. I had just bought the truck and thoroughly inspected it for any minor scratching or chipped paint before I bought it. I eventually got in contact with the owner who was also in denial that his wash could ever scratch a vehicle. He told me if his wash ever damaged a vehicle he always made it right. I got the opinions of a few autobody shops and they all said the damage was typical for a car wash. He had me go ahead and get a estimate for the repairs and once I forwarded it to him he never answered me. I called him numerous times and he would send me straight to voicemail. If I had to guess he probably blocked my number. Overall a terrible customer service and an even worse job on the wash. Steer clear of this place.

  Omgoodness, everyone there are great. Always smiling, curb appeal is very clean and maintained. Can't beat the price of a membership, it includes a lot more than just a carwash. Great investment 😉

  Good car or truck wash. The personal touch both before and after the mechanical wash makes a positive difference. The self - help pre-wash bug cleaning station is a great convenience.

  Multiple days the last two weeks I stopped in to get my vehicles washed at 8:00am-8:05am and they were still closed. Them not opening on time as it states on Google and their own website is very bad business. As a paying subscriber for unlimited diamond washes, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint! On top of that some features in the wash don't even work half of the time, like the spinning cloths that are supposed to come down from the top to scrub the grill of your vehicle and then the hood and front windshield. A lot of times it just stays up at the ceiling and doesn't even come down at all! You call them and they refuse to answer your call and they refuse to call you back even after leaving a message. Very poor customer service for the price!
