  Booked a Wagoneer, Suburban or similar back in February for our trip in June. Called 2 days prior to picking the rental up and they said they had none coming in, but hope to get one. Long story short we got stuck with a pacifica even though we reserved our vehicle 3 months in advance. 2nd time this has happened to my family and I (2 years in a row). He did give me a price reduction, but still doesn't make up for the lack of scheduling. Booking early doesn't mean anything to enterprise. You are not there first priority.

  I was given a car that was just brought in from someone else. The person swept it out and sprayed it off and gave it to me. The car reeked of cigarette smoke and the check engine light was on. I was told the rental could be paid for at the end of my rental as it was being paid for by the insurance company. The employee kept charging my card for random amounts without authorization. When I couldn't pay what he deemed fit without my prior knowledge he called me on a personal number to threaten me. I finally brought the car back early because I was tired of the treatment. Then they randomly charged my card $556. The worst experience I have ever had in my life. I will make it my mission the world knows what happened and will make sure many people never use them again
