  They gave me a car that was just dropped off by another person. The guy vacuumed it out and rinsed off the outside as I was waiting in the lobby for him to finish it up. There is a stain on the passenger seat that looks like someone pissed in it. They NEVER answer their phones. I called to modify my service multiple times and always get nowhere. Showed up in person to do it and the store closed early and the guy drove around us and waved as he left. The guy was very nice himself that I dealt with the first time, in person. Only thing that was positive about the whole experience.

  This is for the Greenville Ohio Enterprise. I was given a VW Taos as a rental. I want sure at first about driving it since it was not what I'm used to driving. Once I got in and familiarized myself with the controls and features, it was a very good car to drive. The one thing I was having trouble getting used to was the rear backing sensor going off everytime I backed out of my driveway. I did finally get accustomed to it right before I had to return the vehicle. The employee, that brought the car to the garage I was getting my car repaired at, said to me that if I had any questions, concerns, etc to just call their office. He was polite and professional. I was glad that when I needed a rental Enterprise did a great job accommodating my needs. Thank You Enterprise!!!
