I wanted a heavy-duty wash and paid $3.25, but when the cycle finished, my clothes were soaking wet and still soapy—apparently, the spin cycle isn't working properly. I don't know what the problem was, but when I went back to ask for a refund, the cashier just said, "I can't give you a refund—goodbye," so I had to pay for it all over again. Terrible service.
- FOFiruz ObidovSep 30, 20261.0Very disappointing experience for truck drivers. I stopped here to fuel up and then wanted to take a shower. I saw seven shower rooms showing “Vacant.” I used the mobile app to reserve the first available shower and waited for an entire hour. When I finally went to the cashier and asked why I was still waiting when seven showers appeared to be vacant, I was simply told that they were closed for cleaning. If the showers are closed, why are all seven marked “Vacant” in the first place? Why does the mobile app allow drivers to reserve them? Drivers spend hours on the road and rely on truck stops for basic services like showers. Making a driver wait an hour without clear information is completely unacceptable. This is not about expecting special treatment. It is about basic respect, communication, and proper service. If the showers are unavailable, mark them as unavailable in the system and put a clear sign on the doors. Truck drivers deserve better treatment than this. After fueling here, I expected a basic level of customer service, but instead I was left waiting for an hour with no proper explanation. Very poor communication and very poor treatment of truck drivers.
