They told me I could go buy one at local auto parts store and they would use that or wait 4 days when stock is replenished. I went and bought the filter and they did my oil change. I was disappointed after seeing my bill that nothing was taken off for the filter. It was $11. Now I'm fully aware that it's small in comparison but C'mon!! I actually paid extra thanks to this company and that is not right!! They didn't even discuss it with me. It was just business as usual at full price. $113 dollars for a friggin oil change is insanity. Shame on you for that cheesy practice. I won't be back. They get 3 stars because the guys that did it were nice. Going to lose more customers if you keep that swindle up! If you care???
