  I went to this business because my previous repair shop had closed. I was experiencing an issue with the steering. Asked them to check it out, they didn’t find the source of the steering issue and claimed that the code lights were not coming on so they couldn’t use the diagnostic machine to read the code. They had my car for 4 days to repair the brakes. When I picked up the car the code lights were on and never turned off. When I asked about the steering issue that I was having I was told that I had a leak in my rear differential and maybe that was creating the steering problem. 😳 I’m questioning if I even needed to repair the breaks in the first place.

  Absolutely horrible. Don't bother making an appointment because they won't keep it. If you drop your car off and they'll tell you they'll get to it that night or first thing in the next morning they still won't do it.

  Waste of time they wasted my time I called them told them I got a tire puncture on my left side tire the representative picked up the phone. I asked her do you guys work on Tesla’s and she said yes and made an appointment for 1:00 PM today. I got a phone call later. The person tells me they don’t work on Teslas if you don’t work on Teslas why would you say you do when I asked complete waste of time Firestone was able to help my issue and did it for me on Hamilton Road temp if you don’t work on Tesla’s then don’t say you work on Tesla

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I came to this place for a wheel alignment and had a really frustrating experience. I drove 20 minutes—twice—on two separate weekends because they scheduled me for an appointment, but when I showed up, they didn’t even have a technician available to do the alignment. The first time, I let it slide. Stuff happens. But when it happened again the second time, it was honestly unacceptable. I calmly asked why they would give me an appointment for a service they couldn’t even perform, and instead of giving a reasonable explanation, the employee started raising his voice at me. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I won’t be coming back.

  I had a tire leak and also needed mudguard caps installed, and they took care of everything without requiring an appointment. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and to my surprise, they didn’t charge me anything for the service. It’s rare to find such honest and customer-focused service these days. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism—definitely a place I’d be happy to return to in the future.
