  I came in yesterday and inquired about timing it would take to get breaks done. I was told it would only take a couple hours, but that they were short staffed that day. He told me that the next day (today) was wide open so I made an appointment at 9am. I’m still here 6 hours later and they don’t even have my break pads yet! Every time I have called throughout the day I was given “I’ll call you back and update you in 20-30 minutes” An hour and a half later I was told it would be roughly 2 more hours. It’s been 3 hours since then and again, they don’t even have the correct parts yet. I have gotten my breaks done here twice before, but this will be my last time.

  I went over there to get a new tire after mine went flat. They replaced the tire just fine. Everything went OK, but they didn’t use their own jack. I had to bring my own, which is fine. But some random woman that works there came out and put the lug nuts back on my car and stripped them to high heaven and back, and when we went back over there because our caliper decided to snap and ask them to take the lug nuts off for us because they stripped them and I just see that as fair Basically told us to kick rocks and that they wouldn’t do anything about it. We asked them how much it would cost for them to take the lug nuts off since we weren’t asking for charity and they told us to get lost Would not recommend them to anybody who actually cares about their car!

  They quoted me over 5,000 dollars for a problem that AAA was able to fix for 600 dollars. Then we went with affordable option with Firestone (to only fix the problem that was keeping the car from currently being able to be driven) and they put on the wrong size pulley’s and serpentine belt which we paid nearly 700 dollars to have done that completely fell apart in two days. I would recommend keeping your money when it comes to Firestone they are sneaky and want you to pay the most they can get out of you.

  Matt is absolutely amazing. We were on vacation traveling through when one of our tires exploded on the highway thankfully we had a spare donut and could make it to the store. Matt not only did his best to find us a correct sized tire including checking other stores he went outside checked out the stability of our other tires, taught me how to find a tires size and broke down the different parts of the tire itself and even checked our tread at no cost and was extremely friendly. 10/10 would recommend a yap to.
