I know this wasn't required for them to do but they were very polite and courteous. In todays times a positive review is as good as word of mouth back in the day. The car they gave me was nice and clean too. Thank you both!
- RGRyan GarnerJul 15, 20261.0I had rented a jeep from enterprise and after 3 hours of driving the engine light came on and cruise control and other electrical things stopped working. I tried to call this location and no answer just a long hold. I decided to drive there because it was a emergency, when I got there the employee (women blond hair) was on a personal phone call, the lights were off, she said they had no cars and couldn’t look up other locations to help. Was very rude. Also while I’m in the parking lot calling other locations, the employe locks the door and leaves, 1.5 before closing time. Honestly just shocked that a person could be so awful. Compete embarrassment of a person. Didn’t help with an emergency that is the company’s job to help.
