- CDCarter Denson3 days ago4.0The place is open and parking was available. They might close this location eventually because of the complaints so one less place for us to park. Guess just be thankful its here for now.
- JTJeanne Trombly4 days ago5.0Fantastically fast EV Charging. Incredibly efficient and user friendly experience at the charger itself. BRAVO🙏🏽🎈🙏🏽
- JMJessica “Nikkinik” Miller5 days ago1.0The shower wait time is crazy long. Pilot needs to update there system so people want have to wait all over the store for HOURS to shower. I want be returning back here the parking crazy and the shower wait time takes away from you break. 2 hours and counting for a shower. Just sad!!!
- JNJAMES NYCSep 22, 20261.0Very poor service at this Pilot Flying J. The shower line is extremely long, but some showers are sitting empty because they are not being cleaned and prepared for the next driver on time. Drivers end up waiting up to two hours even though showers are actually available. After a long drive, drivers just want to take a clean shower and get some rest. Instead, we are forced to wait for hours because the staff is not keeping up with the cleaning. Love’s does a much better job with this. Showers are cleaned faster, the service is better organized, and it is much more comfortable for drivers. This is my last day stopping at this Pilot Flying J. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Management seriously needs to address this problem and improve the service for drivers.
- ELEmornae LindseySep 2, 20261.0Had to wait 3 hours for a shower , the doors were opened (used) but no one was cleaning , ridiculous, we only get 10 hours to rest
