  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience deserves to be shared. My father passed away just a few weeks ago, and he was always the one who handled things like car maintenance. My mom was already anxious about having to do this on her own for the first time, so I called ahead to make sure the correct battery was in stock and that someone would be available to install it. The employee I spoke with on the phone was very kind and assured me they could help. Unfortunately, that kindness disappeared when my mom arrived. She explained that her daughter had just called about a battery, and instead of helping her, multiple employees responded with “Not me” or “Wasn’t me,” leaving her feeling like she was an inconvenience. It shouldn’t matter who answered the phone. A customer walking through the door should be treated with respect. Thankfully, another employee eventually stepped in and helped install the battery. The experience didn’t improve after that. When my mom asked for a paper receipt because my grandmother was paying for the battery, she was told the receipt paper was out. Instead of simply apologizing or handling the situation politely, the manager responded with an attitude and told her she would have to wait 5 to 10 minutes if she wanted one. I called afterward and spoke with the manager. She apologized and said she would address the employee’s behavior, but she never acknowledged her own tone during the interaction. No one at AutoZone knew what my family was going through when my mom walked in, and that’s exactly why kindness matters. You never know what someone is carrying. My mom wasn’t asking for special treatment. She wasn’t asking anyone to go above and beyond. She was simply asking for the help that was promised over the phone and to be treated with basic courtesy. The employee who installed the battery was wonderful, and I genuinely appreciate his help. I only hope the rest of the staff, especially those in leadership, remember that a little compassion can make a huge difference in someone’s day.

  Every time I have come into this location, the employees are super friendly and helpful. This morning a young man did a reading on my engine code and he was very knowledgeable and polite. I've been to several in surrounding cities and this is by far the best one.

  This autozone is really great the employes are really helpful, helped me and my father find our Corolla rotors and brake pads, amazing deals too. Thanks to Leo and Aby really helped us out
