  Great towing company! Our tire blew out on 70 east right before the 77 exit on Tuesday when it was raining out! I have AAA and it took over 2 1/2 hours to get a tow truck because I was told by AAA that no one would come out because of the inclement weather! As soon as T&K towing got the call they were right on it and they were about 45 minutes away! Really appreciate T&K Towing Company!

  Travis was AMAZING! I blew a tire on my horse trailer 6 hours from home, Travis showed up and ended up not having the correct socket to fit, he drove 20 minutes back to his shop to get the correct one and then back to us to get a new tire put on. We would of been there all night if it wasn't for him. He's so friendly, professional, and incredibly kind! Thank you so much Travis!

  My husband and I were visiting friends at Piedmont Lake when we accidentally locked our keys in the car. Our insurance company dispatched T&K Towing LLC to assist us. After waiting about two hours for the driver to contact us, we finally received a call saying they were about 9 minutes away. Fifteen to twenty minutes later, the driver called again and said his navigation had led him “to the middle of the woods” and that he didn’t know where we were. I asked if he could text me so I could send him our location. I said, “I can send you coordinates,” and when he responded, “uhm I don’t do coordinates,” I clarified, “Coordinates as in I can send you my pin via Google Maps.” He sighed, sounded annoyed, and replied, “I’ll just figure it out.” Instead of texting me, he drove in the wrong direction (our roadside assistance app showed his location). He eventually sat at an intersection roughly 30 minutes away from us for about 45 minutes before cancelling the job altogether. We waited around three hours and never received assistance, even though sending a simple text would have allowed me to share our exact location instantly. After the cancellation, we called Bill’s Towing & Recovery. I simply told them where we were and what landmarks we were near, and they knew exactly how to find us. Based on our experience, I would not recommend T&K Towing LLC. If you’re in the area and need roadside assistance, I’d recommend calling Bill’s Towing & Recovery instead.
