  Asked for certain parts of my Jeep to not be touched due to paying a lot to have them previously serviced. And was told they couldn’t do that there’s a skid plate covering all that on camera by the manager. Does anyone else see the skid plate!? Cause I can’t! And they were rude as can be when I asked not to touch certain parts and a smartass shoot his mouth off. Some cameras that saw that skid plate seeing how we just got off the phone

  I highly recommend the team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Every experience I’ve had there has been professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. They’ve consistently treated me with respect, taken the time to answer every question I’ve had, and if something needed attention, they actually showed me and explained it instead of making me feel pressured into unnecessary services or upsells. What stands out most about this location is the trust and confidence they give their customers. I truly feel like the team cares about doing things the right way and making sure customers understand what’s going on with their vehicle. That kind of honesty and teamwork is hard to find. Everyone there works together respectfully, professionally, and efficiently, and it absolutely shows. Unfortunately, I had a completely different experience at the Trenton Avenue location, and after that visit I decided I won’t return there. I would rather take the extra time to drive across town because I know the Tiffin Avenue team will make sure everything is done properly and with care. I have full confidence in every person working on my vehicle at this location. This is what real customer service and teamwork should look like. Thank you to the entire team at the Tiffin Avenue location for everything you do and for always making customers feel valued, informed, and taken care of. It truly does not go unnoticed.☺️

  Had an oil change at Valvoline in Findlay a few days ago,great staff and they all did a great job of getting my oil changed quickly! I would recommend them to anyone!

  Zach, asst mgr was amazing! Issues with my oil change. He explained it well, told me how to fix it next time! Great service and great team!

  The service was good and replaced the transmission oil, changed oil and filter, checked tire pressure, battery and indicated to watch for an oil leak. Checking the blinkers and other lights were not checked as I remembered being done in the past. Cost was reasonable.
