  Have recurring issue w/temp gauge & was going on trip following day. Coolant was slightly low...they added a qt.+. Did not find a leak. Plus checked out undercarriage for a recurring noise. Although they didn't find anything noticeable, the noise only seems to occur on bumpy streets. No problems on trip following day. Had appt. In & out in short order. And no charge! Thanks guys!! Will return when next service needed.

  These guys might be the last honest shop in the area. Multiple visits and they always deliver whats needed and never upsell. Highly recommend.

  I contacted Brent regarding the replacement of two TPMS sensors. He provided an estimate and scheduled the service for the following day. Brent subsequently advised that my tires were nine years old and recommended their replacement for safety reasons. Having been a loyal customer of the Firestone network for the past three to four years, I consistently appreciate their integrity and commitment to client welfare. I communicated my preferences for tire brands to avoid and my desired specifications for the new set. Brent suggested an unfamiliar tire brand, and I accepted his professional recommendation. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the services rendered, which were also more cost-effective than anticipated. Following the service, I conducted research on the installed tires and found them to be comparable in quality to more premium options. I am extremely pleased with Tuffy and the Firestone team. They have my highest recommendation.

  I am very happy with the service at Tuffy in Findlay! I received phone call updates with good explanations about my car issues. The communication was the best I've ever had with an auto shop!
