  My son had car accident on Father day and bother person fault and her insurance cover for rental on 26 of June. My son had to pay insurance on it .which I don't understand stand it was other person fault they should of pay .but then he found out after a week he owes $120 for week and we didn't know he shot of put our insurance on the car and didn't need the rental insurance charges. But we told the lady at Enterprise she said u still have to pay $120 . I don't agree .we have full coverage on my son so why he have to pay that?

  My husband & I rented a compact car Thursday June 18th. We were expecting a compact car but got upgraded to a Mazda 3 with sport mode! The car was almost brand new, had low miles and was very comfortable. We took a vacation to Tennessee for our anniversary and the 9hr drive was so relaxing. The gas mileage was even more impressive. Check in & check out was simple, convenient and the people were so friendly!! I would highly suggest renting a car from here to anyone in need. We absolutely will be back!!

  My husband got a rental SUV in Detroit. While in Findlay the check engine light came on so he took it in. They told him to drive it back to the house and they would tow it and give him a new car in the morning. He shows up this morning and they only offer him a Toyota Corolla that he didn’t fit in because he is 6’4 and his knees were touching the steering wheel. They refused to give him any of the cars and even said they were saving the SUV they had for their boss when he gets in. He has been sitting there over an hour with no car or no ride back to where he’s staying. He flew across the country to spend time with his grandfather who is on hospice and this is how he’s been treated. He had to pay for a lift to get back because he sat there for so long. Thank you for taking away time he should have been spending with his grandfather . I hope your boss really needed that SUV for himself when he got in.

  I had reserved a vehicle with another car rental company. 20 minutes before pickup, I’m told they can’t give me the vehicle. I called Findlay Enterprise. They didn’t have what I needed but gave me additional options and then helped me find what I needed at a nearby Enterprise. 60 minutes later, I received a follow up call asking if I was able to get what I needed. Stellar customer service from KEITH at Findlay as well as the entire Maumee team, especially after a disappointing experience from another rental company. I will use Enterprise in the future.

  Really a shame that a young man serving his county in the Navy, 19 years old is not permitted to drive one of your rental cars for 6 days as he is returning to his home for a short time to see his family and friends before he ships out . Shame on you Enterprise . God bless the United States. Thank God we have young men like this . Enterprise you messed up!!
