  One of the most unprofessional enterprise experiences I've ever had Also I was supposed to pay $79 because of some new policies, I walked out at $135 this location and enterprise as a whole is complete garbage and I will never use them again and for the past 20 plus years I have used enterprise almost exclusively

  Rented a car for a work/personal trip. Asked at the location if the rental could be split between a company credit card and a personal card. They assured me that yes, it could be done, but had to go on one card at the time of rental. I said I completely understood and not a problem, we could split it when we returned. Brought the car back 9 days later, the credit card on file was processed immediately. I spoke with an employee and said I'd like to have the invoice split between two cards. He apologized and said he'd already charged the credit card on file. I asked if anything could be done at that point. He said maybe if he emailed the finance department so we went inside. Someone said that no, nothing could be done once the card was charged. I commend him for doing his job so quickly, but that may cost me hundreds of dollars personally. I rented from that location specifically because they said they could split it. Somehow from the time I reserved the car to when I picked it up, the price increased ~$150. We also had a tire error come on the fifth day of our trip. After the rental, they text you from a number and say to text or call if there are any issues. I texted and said we're having tire issues. We filled the tire up twice that day. I think fortunately it was just a sensor issue, but not a good feeling when you are in the middle of nowhere with not a lot of service centers around. It was almost 24 hours by the time anyone responded. Had to fill the tire up again the morning we took the car back.

  Findlay location is awesome! Other vendors will require specific credit cards to use. Not at enterprise, they’ll accept debit. Staff is friendly and are very quick to get the car for you, they bring it right up to the door. They explain the deposit charge so you know what you are initially paying (of course the deposit comes back to you after drop off). Enterprise is the only rental company I’ll do business with.

  This place has some nice workers but they work them on a skeleton crew so they will be struggling to keep up and you will have to wait longer than you'd like
