  Can’t trust them! shotty work! Selling services they don’t actually do! Stay away from this shop! Mechanics hide mistakes! Counter person is extremely limited on vehicles as well as procedures. and twice now the “free” alignment check didn’t happen because that particular tech is off after 5 but come back at your rotation time and we’ll check it. So brand new tires on with potential alignment problems so they can check it after they wear weird and ruin a tires? My later evidence shows he was 100% incorrect! I’ve had tires put on 4 different vehicles over the years at this location and every time there’s an issue. 4 tires replaced, alignment check was never completed and came back out with ABS lights on. Never left the parking lot. Confronted the counter person. He can schedule an alignment check for me was his fix to that part. He came out to take a look then went through the dash info like he was gonna fix the issue. He holds ground on they didn’t mess with the abs so it’s not their fault even though the lights weren’t on when it came in and they come on as soon as I start it. I then went directly down the road to the auto parts store, code comes back as “right front abs sensor open”. That means a broken wire not a faulty sensor! They wanted to charge me to take it back in and schedule me for diagnostics. Went home and took a video taking the wheel off to figure it out myself. SMASHED WIRE right above the rotor. No way that happened from the time he backed it out to the time I started it to leave. Very furious and sending all my video and picture evidence to corporate. These type of issues run deep in a place like that and corporate needs to know the name this place is giving their brand.

  Messed up tie rods after they torched them. Costing us another 700 after my fiances grandma spent over 900 for an alignment and ball joints plus a battery. All together about 1200 and they made it worse.

  I had new tires put on my car a month ago. It was an emergency situation and after asking if they cleaned and sealed the rims before installing the new tires I agreed to have them done here and not my usual place. 2 weeks after the new tires were installed my low tire pressure light came on. All 4 tires were low on air by nearly 10 pounds each. So I took my car car out of town where I always buy my tires and they fixed my tires by dismounting and remounting AFTER the rims were cleaned and resealed. Wish I would have purchased my tires from my usual tire dealer. Beware coming here they don't do what they say. Needless to say my tires have been great since I had them remounted

  I took my truck to Belle Tire in Findlay for an oil change and serpentine belt replacement this morning. I'm now on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck with smoke pouring out of my engine.

  I was unfortunate enough for part of a regular razor to destroy my tire on the way to an event yesterday. It happened shortly before this location opened. By time we arrived, we were not priority. Though I understood, I was devastated. I was 2 and a half hours from home and about that far from my event. Your gentleman made it work. I cannot recommend your location more. Thanks for saving my event!
