  I went here because it was one of the few places with hours I could make it to. They had to postpone my appointment so I dropped my wheels off overnight with tires to be mounted. I got my mounted wheels back and they are insanely out of balance. I can tell they were balanced incorrectly because there's weight in 3 different spots of the wheel. An experienced mounter would know that the tire would need turned 180° on the wheel and rebalanced. They claim they had to use so much weight because my wheel was bent, but this is a wheel that I ran up front without any vibration last season. I used to work tires and this work is unacceptable. I wound up having to take it elsewhere and spend even more money to get them balanced again. To get two tires mounted and balanced they were trying to charge me $120 until I threatened to take them elsewhere to which the price was then lowered to ~$68. Either price is an absurd price to pay for two loose wheels getting tires mounted with only a traditional spin balance. They didn't even have to take them off the car since I did that myself. The employees overall were very nice though.

  I highly recommend Mr. Tire for your needs! Tom the manager was especially kind, professional and efficient throughout the whole process. The staff was friendly and took great care of my car. I really appreciated the excellent service and will definitely be back for future needs.

  Tom the manager at the Fairlawn store has helped me out a couple times most recently diagnosed an alignment problem fixed the problem test drove the car to make sure it was okay service was excellent price was fair I've already recommended Mr Tire in Fairlawn to friends

  Great service and super friendly! Also helpful and got my tire patched up with a screw in it for no charge. I will certainly be back for more tire work and recommend this shop to others!
