  For many years when we wanted new tires, we would call the Goodyear Store on Bucholzer Blvd., tell them what we wanted and take our coupon in with us. If they didn't have the number of tires we needed, they would get them from another store. They always had good service. Because tires now have to be ordered online I had my son do it since I am not tech savvy. I went to the Bucholzer Blvd. store and they didn't have a record of my order. I showed them my papers. The wonderful store manager explained that Roll Goodyear was coming to our home. We were stunned as we had never heard nor seen any advertisement for this Roll Goodyear. The young men came and they were very nice and did a good job. The term 'Roll Goodyear' sounds to me like an advertising gimmick and just how does that relate to 'in home service'? While the people who were working for Goodyear were great, the information about Roll Goodyear was nonexistent. Why? Also, I wonder why it took from Wed. morning until Sat. night before I could fill out a service report. Next, when I went to fill out the report, I put up the "Goodyear" option as the first choice as I don't have a google account but nothing came up but advertising. I had to have my son use his google account (with his permission) so I could give my opinion. It's a good thing I would always use Goodyear tires no matter what! I'm sure my new set of tires will perform much much better than the very poor communication Goodyear has with the public.

  This is the second set of tires I have had the Goodyear mobile install at my home and I am very pleased. I tried to get a reservation at my local shop to rotate tires and they pushed me out 2 weeks then cancelled the day before so having the installer come to me was great. I also had a tire sensor which needed to be replaced which he was able to do on the spot. Again I would recommend this service to anyone whether at home, work, or anywhere else.

  The guy who came to my place to change my tires, Frank, was absolutely amazing! He actually seemed like he enjoyed doing his job and he was very nice. Frank, if you ever see this, thank you so much and yes! I got the rim and someone to put the tire on it no problem. 😊
