    I’ve been going to the service department at Jeff Wyler Hyundai Fairfield for over a year now, and Alexis B. has been amazing every single time. She communicates clearly throughout the entire process, always answers my questions, and if she doesn’t know something right away, she’s more than willing to find the answer for me. What really stands out is how personable and genuine she is. From day one, she’s treated me more like a friend than just another customer. She always asking how I’m doing and remembering things going on in my life. That level of care and customer service is hard to find. She’s definitely my favorite person to work with in the service department, and I always know I’m in good hands when I go there!

    My wife and I just bought a 2026 Hyundai Tuscan Hybrid from Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield and were very impressed with the entire sales and delivery experience. Our salesperson’s name was “Safe” (yes, Safe) and he exceeded our expectations in getting us the exact car we wanted. Although Jeff Wyler didn’t have the car on the lot, Safe and his team were able to locate one 30 miles away at another dealer. He could have said, “we can get the car and have it ready for you in a couple of days” but he knew it would be inconvenient for us to come back. Instead, Safe drove a “swap” car to the other dealer, then drove “our” car back to Jeff Wyler, filled the tank with gas and prepped the car for delivery. We were able to take the car home the same day. Amazing effort. During our test drive, Safe thoroughly explained all the features and took time to answer our questions. He was knowledgeable and honest, trying to understand our needs. While waiting for the car, we met the floor sales manager, Nic. Nic gave us some great information and insight into the features of the Tuscan Limited Trim. Very helpful. Overall, this was a solid effort by the Jeff Wyler team. I recommend this dealership.

    The worst experience I've ever had when buying a vehicle. I went in to purchase a vehicle. I had called and asked if the vehicle was available that morning and I was told it was. I was asked if I was asked if I was coming in and I wasn't sure. Upon arriving I was told the keys were locked up by an employee who wasn't in that day. I asked to speak to a manager. A salesman said they called the person who had the key locked up, but got no answer. I felt like they were holding the car for someone else. I asked how they tracked keys?? this salesman black hair with a beard. Then the used car manager came over and asked what the problem was. I told him, he tried contact the individual, with no luck. Then I said I hope you like your goggle review and 30 seconds later a key appears. I asked so there is 2 keys and the manager said yes. What i disgrace. Now they are holding the second key from me after i bought the car.

    DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE TO BE SERVICED. The service department is a joke. Dropped off my car and was told it would be available for pickup by the end of the day then immediately the service associate, Alexis, backtracked and said they were a little backed up and it would be ready the next morning. Ok, fine. Understandable. The next morning comes and goes without any updates. Since this was my only means of transportation, I had to call off work at the last minute which was extremely frustrating and affected more people than just myself. After multiple phone calls throughout the day, which were all sent to voicemail, I was finally able to reach Alexis via text. I was quoted an insane price for parts (insane when compared to the cost listed on Hyundai’s official parts website) and was told the parts would not be in for another 4 days. That doesn’t sound like, “your car will be ready for pickup tomorrow morning at the latest,” to me! I decided to pick up my car and go elsewhere. I was then informed that I would still have to pay $200 for their diagnostic test EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THE ASSOCIATE AT DROP OFF THE DIAGNOSIS AND EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED. They did nothing except inconvenience me and charge for something that didn’t need to be done in the first place. Alexis was not pleasant or customer-focused either. A little effort on her part to have a friendly tone and some understanding would have gone a long way in making this experience less frustrating. I should have read the reviews before taking my car here. Lesson learned.

    We recently purchased a 2023 certified pre-owned Hyundai Sonata from Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield, and this was hands down the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. We worked with Adam Moellers, and from the start, he was incredible. We were in a tough situation with my husband’s car going down unexpectedly, and we had a strict budget with no money down. Adam truly listened and made it clear he was going to do everything he could to help. Since we weren’t close by, he handled most of the process remotely and kept us updated, which made things a lot easier. When the initial payment came back higher than we could afford, I told him where we needed to be, and within about 30 minutes, he came back with exactly what worked for us. When we arrived, we had all three of our kids with us. My husband stayed in the car with them at first, and Adam came right outside to introduce himself, shook his hand, and walked him through everything. That level of respect stood out immediately. As we worked through everything, we were swapping in and out with the kids, and Adam made it seamless. When we eventually had to bring them inside, he stepped in without hesitation and kept them entertained while we signed. He walked them around the dealership, let them sit in cars, gave them snacks, suckers, and balloons, and just made it fun for them. I even warned him ahead of time that my four-year-old is active and all boy and would probably give him a run for his money, and he handled him with ease. As a parent, that meant everything. Even the smaller moments stood out. He connected with our son over wrestling and encouraged him, and the rest of the staff was just as welcoming. They were kind, engaging, and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed being there. The whole atmosphere felt positive and real, not forced. After we finished and got the kids loaded up, we realized we left my four-year-old’s juice cup inside, which is a big comfort item for him. I ran back in as they were closing, and Adam immediately stopped what he was doing and helped track it down, checking cars until he found it. It was a small moment, but it said a lot about the level of care we experienced from start to finish. What stood out most is that we weren’t buying the most expensive car on the lot, but Adam treated us like we were. No pressure, no switch-up, just genuine care the entire time. He even followed up afterward with a text to thank us and let us know we could reach out anytime. After experiencing how quickly things can change at other dealerships when you’re not the “ideal” buyer, this meant a lot. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and that’s exactly what we experienced here. As long as Adam is selling cars, we’ll be back.
