Safe was amazing to work with! I bought a car from him at Jeff Wyler Hyundai a few months ago, and I wanted to come back and leave the review he truly deserves. Hands down, this was the best customer service and car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Safe made the entire process easy, stress-free, and never pressured us. Even after the sale, he continued to check in and make sure everything was going well. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about his customers, ask for Safe. We highly recommend him and will definitely be back for our next vehicle!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! If you’re looking for a new vehicle, go see Chandler at Jeff Wyler Hyundai on Dixie Highway in Fairfield! From the moment I walked in, Chandler treated me with respect, professionalism, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He helped me get into my 2019 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.0 Turbo in all white, and I couldn’t be happier. This car is everything I wanted, and Chandler made it happen. This experience reminded me that manifesting is real, faith is powerful, and GOD IS REAL! When you stay patient, keep believing, and put in the work, blessings can show up in ways you never expected. Thank you, Chandler, for going above and beyond. You didn’t just help me buy a car—you helped make a dream come true. If you’re thinking about getting a Hyundai, ask for Chandler at Jeff Wyler Hyundai in Fairfield on Dixie Highway. You’ll be glad you did! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! #Blessed #GodIsReal #ManifestingWorks #HyundaiSonata #JeffWylerHyundai #WhiteSonata #2Point0Turbo #RollingBlessingMobile

What an experience. I had done a great deal of research on the next vehicle I wanted to purchase. While my local and nearby dealerships lacked inventory, my bank had a plethora to choose from and Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield had a few vehicles I was interested in seeing. Alex Collins chatted with me online and we were able to quickly schedule a test drive. It was going to be a bit of a drive, but I was going to be in the area anyway for work, so it was not too far. Weather decided to be a bit dicey, so I contacted Alex and let him know I would be late. He was very accommodating. When I arrived, he told me he had prepped three vehicles (same model, different colors), so I would have some options. We took a drive in one and I really enjoyed it. When he showed me one of the colors I had not originally considered, I said if we can get the price right, let's do it. I was able to get the price comparable to what I was willing to go with and they even increased the value of my trade-in to what I had been hoping for. Better yet, my interest rate was decreased after the finance department talked with my bank. All in all, a truly great experience, even if lengthy as the process from start to finish took a little over five hours. It was quite painless though, so I would recommend both the dealership and Alex to anyone looking for a new ride!

Purchased and Serviced my SantaFe at Fairfield Hyundai. After Wyler took over in 2022, Service has become Incompetent & Shady. In the last 3 years, I've had basic oil change screwups (not sealing oil plug properly) to charging exorbitant fees ...$700+ for a bad door speaker; $800+ for a door lock glitch; and quoting $4900 for a faulty catalytic converter reading (where even other dealerships asked $2300)??? Yep, over 200%, $2600 more. Final straw, I was told I have a crack in my oil pan that they said would cost me $990. When I pointed out they had a 100k powertrain warranty, they said it was their "Bad" for not stating up front it was covered under warranty... So I just disposed of my SantaFe, and will NEVER buy or service from a Wyler dealership again. In my humble opinion, they rapidly grow their dealership network off the back of honest and trusting Customers.

My only advice, don't do it. This was my first time buying a car for myself, I will never come here or to another "Jeff Wyler" ever again. Not only did they straight up lie to me, I'm having issues with my car and I have barely owned it a week and have only driven it 4 times. One was the test drive and two others were driving it back from their dealership and the final drive was to MY mechanic. From the beginning, we show up to view a car - there's damage, the damage is not listed on the Carfax. They consider it "wear and tear." it's a bent up bumper, horribly fogged over lights, a deep paint gouge, and a ripped off sun shade (which I would have to take off the door panel to fix!). The test drive went fine, super short, whatever. Salesmen immediately shut down any price negotiation and kept insisting the damage was "wear and tear" and since it wasn't listed on the Carfax, "not an issue." Whatever, we buy the car, I've wanted it for a while and have a good mechanic. Financed it through our bank. They weren't very happy about that, but their rates were disgustingly high. They tell me I can't take it home day of and need to wait two days for it to get detailed, an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I highly doubt it was detailed. Considering I found the same smudge on the rear driver seat as when we test drove it and a PIECE OF FOOD in the middle row. I take it home 2 days later, I drive 40 minutes home, put the car in park and *ding* my oil light starts flashing. I let it sit for a minute or two and it goes solid. So I turn the car off, check my oil and it's shiny, I then call the dealership, they tow it away the next morning to inspect it and tell me I won't have to pay anything and that they'll even have it delivered back to me. I get a call the next day from a dealership up the road from where I bought it, they're telling me nothing is wrong, they're also trying to charge me. I reach out to the correct dealership who tells me they'll get the car and inspect it themselves. Then, I get a call telling me that nothing is wrong and they scanned the car but nothing came up and the light is gone. They never took the car on the highway. Then they tell me I have to pick it up, again, but they'll give me a tank of gas for the inconvenience. I collect the car to take it home, they didn't give me gas and then low and behold the oil light comes back on! I reach out AGAIN, and am told a manager will contact me. I haven't heard anything from them since. Do not waste your time or especially your money with this dealership. There is a reason this company gets sued so often. Edit: No one has reached out to me, I have called twice and have been told someone will reach back out to me.
