- BHBradley HohlbeinAug 26, 20261.0Bought a car from this dealership a few years ago and recently had A/C issues (wasn’t blowing cool air at all). Took it into the service center here where they determined there was a leak somewhere in the cooling system and that a A/c evac and recharge with dye was needed. They charged around $700 for that!! Just to find out it was faulty warrantied parts (compressor and hose leak) and would not reimburse me for the cost of the A/C evac and recharge with dye test that they required to find/fix the issue. First and last Kia vehicle I’ll buy. Service manager Josh was great, only reason for a star.

They told me i couldn't have my car kia towed there untill I came and filled out paper work!. I have No car! I asked the lady if I could do it online or over the phone having no car! Wouldn't u have my paperwork from the 6 years I have had a kia and serviced in eastgate? The lady said No!.. I will not stray from Kia eastgate again..9:16 Am

My experiences with their service department however, is a different story. In my opinion, it is simply a 'vehicle' for them to acquire more of your money for unnecessary services, with customer satisfaction being a matter of obtaining a 'positive' response to a survey, rather than actually providing good customer service. I will try to find another Kia dealership, with a service department that is at least competent and honest.
