  I want to recognize James McKenner in the Service Department at Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield for providing one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. James has only been here a few weeks after coming from Georgia, but he has already made a lasting impression. From the moment I walked into the service department, he acknowledged me with a warm greeting and made me feel welcome. Unfortunately, that hasn't always been my experience here. In the past, I've often walked in and been completely ignored by other service advisors—even when they were standing just a few feet away. A simple, "I'll be with you in just a moment," goes a long way, and that's something that has been missing. James changed that experience from the very beginning. He listened carefully to why I was there, explained the process, personally walked me to the waiting area, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout my visit. When my service was complete, he came to get me, reviewed everything that had been done, and even took a few moments for genuine conversation to ask how I was doing and how my day was going. What impressed me even more was that he took the time to listen to my previous concerns about past experiences in the service department. He didn't make excuses—he simply apologized for what I had experienced and assured me that he is here to stay and is committed to making things right. That kind of accountability and sincerity is rare, and it meant a lot to me. He didn't stop there—he personally walked me to my vehicle, wished me well, and sent me on my way with a warm smile and a genuine attitude that you don't often see anymore. James brings true Southern hospitality from Georgia, and I have to say, we could use more of that here in Ohio. His professionalism, kindness, communication, and attention to detail are exactly what outstanding customer service should look like. I truly appreciate the way he treated me and look forward to working with him again in the future. Thank you, James, for reminding me that exceptional customer service still exists.   Sam Harvey was great to work with. He was welcoming and kind and was able to listen to my needs to get me the best deal possible. He worked well beyond his shift to make sure everything was perfect with my new Kia and that I understood how to use all of the accessories on my new car. This is the 4th car I have bought from Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield Ohio and won’t be the last.

  I had an excellent experience buying my new car, and Sam Harvey made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was honest, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, worked hard to get me the best deal possible, and kept me informed every step of the way. After spending several hours working through the numbers, Sam never gave up and made sure we found a deal that worked for me. That level of dedication is hard to find these days.   Great dealership, good experience, this is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. Thank you Sam Harvey for your help to make this a smooth process. I had to try to edit this review because when I first purchased my new Sorento I wrote about the great experience I had. the next day I realized that I had a problem. I contacted my salesman Sam and explained to him my situation, Sam said let me talk with my manager Brian and with the help from the both of them my dilemma was solved. I can't thank the two of them enough. The best experience I've ever had. I can tell you that you will never find better customer service and if you decide to go there make sure you ask for Sam Harvey he will definitely work hard to earn your business.
