  Scheduled an appointment with a salesperson. Showed up on time, and even made sure they knew we might be late due to traffic. Guy stood us up completely. Then the sales manager made no apologies for that, and said someone else would help us. That person ended up not helping us as we sat there for 10 minutes waiting for them to draw straws for someone else to help us. Finally, they talked to us and said the car was "on the lift". We asked to see it, which they said "cannot be done." Face it, the car wasn't there. I've been in plenty of service bays in my lifetime, so this wasn't the "no no" that this guy said it was. The car was probably being joyridden by the guy who skipped out on us. Never again will I visit this dealership or any other Wyler dealership on the Fairfield stretch. Learn how to treat your customers.

  My experience at Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield had three parts. I went in for a scheduled oil change. I was greeted by James in the service department. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I will give him a 5 star review. Next part of my visit I was dealing with Goodness, he is my salesman. He had two cars ready for me to look at for a possible trade. I have purchased two vehicles from him. He is always on the ball. He knows about the vehicles and how they compare to what I am driving now. I would also give Goodness a 5 star review. Unfortunately the visit went down hill when dealing with the financing person, Brian. This was not my first experience with him. The last time I had to deal with him it was also not good. Today he gave me a price and a term that was an improvement from where I stand now. I said let's do it. He came back and said he was wrong. Instead of saving me money monthly and decreasing my term he was increasing my payment and adding to my term. Zero accountability, just an "I'm sorry." I left very disappointed. I would give the finance department below a 1 star review. Sadly I have to give an over all poor rating due to the financing portion of my trip. But I definitely thank James and Goodness for their great service. James and Goodness deserve the 5 star!

  Was a great experience buying a vehicle here. The salesman we got Kyle Busch made this buying experience very easy and enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. Other lots we had visited were pushy and scared us away from a deal. Kyle was a fresh breath of air for us. Never pushed us in to anything and didn't stress about hurrying to make the deal but instead focused on helping find the right deal. I would highly recommend Jeff Wyler Fairfield Kia and Kyle Busch for your next car buying experience.

  I was at Jeff Wyler Fairfield today, and this is my 2nd time visiting them. I was approached by an agent (Jay). He is a good salesman— a friendly guy. And the managers are also friendly. I asked about the K5 GT with the GT1 package. I’ve been to different dealerships to get the best deal. I asked him to give me their price so I can compare it with other dealers. I've waited for 20 minutes to get the price but they include some packages that I don't want. I asked him to remove those packages that I don't want and just base the total price on the car. He said that it’s already attached to the car. I asked him again if he could remove them and he went to a room to talk with sales. Then a salesman whom I talked to initially on my first visit came to me which is also friendly. Give me the papers and talking about their APR so he could beat my credit union offer. I said that I have a pre-approved loan. He kept insisting on getting their bank which I don't want. Then this lady which I don't know who works in them approach us with very intimidating and talking with a high voice and said What's the problem? Do you want to buy a car?. Some costumers looking at us. I explained to her that I would buy this car if they could give me a good deal without taking their bank. This lady kept saying that they are giving me a good APR which is not true. She said she could make it a lower price and take their bank. I tried to tell them I don't want their bank and I even calculate to them their APR. I gave up and told them okay I am not interested in buying this car. This lady make my happy mood into bad mood I almost bought the car coz I heard good things about Jeff Wyler, but in the end they just want to get more money. I will never go back to them again.

  Julius and Josh the manager were great to work with! Answered my questions and helped with delivering to Indiana so I could look the car over before purchasing. Had all the paperwork in hand with the driver to go over and sign after a test drive and look over of the vehicle. Car is exactly as described in online listing. Will be receiving a copy of all the paperwork soon. Thank you Julius and Josh!!
