  We had a great experience. Our 5 yr old was with us and we knew that could go all sorts of ways. But the staff were so great to us and made her feel like she was a part of the process as well. She went home in a brand new car but the two balloons the staff let her have and the "fun music" made her day (and ours). Thank you, Nathan, for helping us find a car that suits our family for this new season!

  Just purchased my third vehicle from Jeff Wyler automotive group. This time, Sam Harvey was my sales consultant. I was set on the SUV I wanted and Sam was polite, quick and efficient in meeting my timeline without the dreaded up-sale pressure. Sam listened, offered suggestions and remained professional throughout the entire process. Sam is a real assets to the Wyler automotive group! Thank you Sam!

  Saturday was more than just buying a car. Today was a reminder that even through chronic pain, hard seasons, stress, and life trying to wear you down… we still kept pushing forward — and WE DID THAT. 💜 A huge thank you to Jeff Wyler Fairfield Kia and especially Nathan, our amazing salesman, for truly giving us red carpet treatment from beginning to end. The patience, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown throughout the entire process meant more than words can explain. Nathan made sure I was comfortable, my husband made sure I stayed smiling and supported, and together they turned what could have been an exhausting day into an experience we’ll genuinely never forget. And listen… they even kept us FED and hydrated the whole time 😂👏 That alone deserves recognition because car buying can feel like an Olympic sport sometimes. After a long time coming, we are officially the proud owners of a gorgeous 2026 Kia K5 GT-Line AWD and we could not be more proud of ourselves. This wasn’t just about getting a car, this was about perseverance, teamwork, love, patience, and finally celebrating another big win we truly earned. We deserve this moment. We earned this moment.   I purchased a a CPO Kia Carnival from Wyler Kia late in 2025 for my business. It works OK but in April 2026 Kia recalled the car for a possible fuel line leak. Kia can't figure out how to remedy the issue and the service department won't do anything because Kia can't figure out how to tell them to tighten a couple bolts. I discussed this issue with the service department and sales and asked for a solution. They have none. So now I have 2 Carnivals that I've spent $60k on last year and can't use either for my business. When I asked them to buy back the one I just bought from them they said they'd have someone in sales call me about it, but they never did. If you want support from the company you buy your car from, don't buy from Kia or Wyler.

  I went to Kia Fairfield to test drive a car. I told the sales person I was in the decision process and that I would get back to him in the near future with any questions or if I decided to do business with this dealership. He was very courteous and offered to work with me if I wanted to know more or buy the car he showed me. I then went to a few other dealerships (including a JW dealership of another brand) and looked at a few other cars (as I said I to this young man I was going to do). In the end, while I liked the car I saw here, there was another car that was a better fit with what I needed. That was it. I sent the person I met with at this dealership an email thanking him and saying I had decided to go in a different direction, simply because that made the most sense for my needs. He sent me a somewhat aggressive reply saying he knew I had gone to another JW dealership and looked at another car, and what was I trying to achieve? I was just trying to decide what car made the most sense, as I had very transparently told him. In the grand scheme of things, this doesn't matter, but it was a little puzzling (sort of a delayed hard-sell tactic? I don't know). It does make me wonder what you can expect if you do decide to buy from these folks.
