  If you like crawling around under your own vehicle trying to diagnose what they managed to screw up between the time you handed them your keys and them handing them back to you while the underpaid lube tech runs to punch out at the time clock then this is the place I would go, simply went here for the convenience of not changing my own oil and wound up with a much more dramatic interaction than just going ahead and grabbing a ratchet out of the toolbox, ultimately did wind up fixing the issue myself in the end because all anyone could do there was shrug about it

  I only came here because I have WylerCare and needed an oil change. I have a Chevy Silverado which is a diesel and called ahead to make sure they could do that there since Cadillac usually doesn’t have diesel and they said that was fine. I went in at 4:30 and by 4:36 I got a message stating my DEF fluid is empty and needs filled which I knew was incorrect as we had just checked it before bringing it in. They ran out of diesel oil so ran across the street to get more which was fine I thought that would be the only hang up until they went to give me my truck back I had a notification on my dash that in 500mi if I didn’t fill my DEF it would go into limp mode and so the mechanic came out and immediately started saying he “didn’t steal any DEF” before we could say anything which was a huge red flag and then he left after us having him unhook the battery for a reset to hopefully fix it. It did not. The two service advisors that were there were nice and they gave us a box of DEF but it still only took it up 1 notch from what we had to 1/2 which I immediately knew was wrong but as the mechanic left and didn’t seem to care there wasn’t much else to do. Concerned about him damaging a sensor or if they did anything they were supposed to correctly, as it was not an issue until they took my truck back. I’m hoping it resets itself but I would not recommend here if you can help it.

  No problems with job required. Took a little longer than planned for oil change and tire rotation. Not a surprise with some difficulty taking off my after market wheels. Will go there again.

  I purchased a vehicle from the Kia dealership almost two years ago. The purchasing process was fine, but service and maintenance on my vehicle from the dealership has been less than satisfactory. I dropped my vehicle off this morning before going to work and it wasnt serviced at all. Before this, it took 7-8 hours for an oil change and routine maintenance. This is the last time I will attempt to deal with them for maintenance, and I will consider buying from a different dealership in the future.
