- JBJessica BakerAug 16, 20261.0I had my car brought there to be repaired after an engine was put in. They would not answer the phone or message back or even update the progress online. We had to physically go in there to get an update on the car. They then told me it needed a new engine without doing any testing on it. When asked for compression test showing my engine was bad they then said it wasn’t a bad engine but I needed a catylic converter. They told me their 30 year master mechanic was personally working on my car. They had my car for 2 weeks. They couldn’t prove or fix anything on my car. They were more than willing to talk to me about getting me into a new car. Tried to tell me my car was only worth $1600. The only decent person there was the new service manager who didn’t charge us a dime because the amount of mess ups this service department did. I ended up taking my car to a local mechanic shop and they had my car figured out and repaired in 4 HOURS! It was an oil pressure switch.
