While Alexis herself was polite and responsive, the overall experience was undermined by what I consider to be deceptive pricing practices from management. The vehicle was advertised at approximately $90,000, along with an additional $7,300 in dealer discounts—clearly displayed on their website for over 20 days—before even factoring in my GM employee discount and lease loyalty incentives. However, when the initial proposal was presented, the pricing was significantly inflated and did not reflect the advertised discounts. When I challenged the discrepancy, I was told the website pricing was incorrect due to “system upgrades.” That explanation does not hold up. The only listing that appeared to change was the exact vehicle I inquired about, while other vehicles on the site continued to show dealer discounts as advertised. This strongly suggests a classic bait-and-switch tactic—advertising aggressive discounts to generate interest, then walking them back once a customer engages. That is not only misleading, but unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership to scrutinize pricing closely and be prepared for inconsistencies between what is advertised and what is actually offered.
