Neeko and the Jeff Wyler team did a fantastic job from start to finish! I had stopped by the dealership 2–3 times before making my purchase, and every time, he was quick to answer my questions and always made me feel welcomed. He even remembered me when I came back, which really stood out to me. Neeko went above and beyond by bringing in the exact vehicle I was looking for from a sister location and getting everything ready for me very quickly. I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and assistance throughout the entire process. I also want to thank everyone else at the dealership who helped make my purchase such a smooth and positive experience. Awesome job, Neeko! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

I had a bad experience. I took my 19yr old son for the first time buyers program. When we got there a sales man met us at the door before we could get in the building. I advised him about the program that is being advertised online. He stated o we have a lot of programs. He had us there for 3plus hours my son left with no car. Long story short he didn’t even talk to us about the program or he didn’t offer us any other cars even doe the bank was willing to do a 15k loan. I will be calling Corporate asap on Monday Due to false advertisement.

Process took far too long. They knew we were coming and what vehicles we were interested in test driving. At the store 2 hours before the first vehicle was brought from an "overflow" lot. Pretty much the same for the second vehicle we wanted to drive. By the time we test drove the 2nd vehicle that we had told them we were interested in we had been there 4 hours. Again, they knew we were coming and what we wanted to drive. We ended up not liking either vehicle; we found one on the lot on our own. Overall spent 7+ hours at the dealership. Staff was even commenting about how we had been there all day. Salesman was continuously distracted by personal issues. FORCED us to purchase a dealer add-on (Pulse stop light system) for $900. Told us it was already installed and did not offer the option of having it removed - it's already on the car and you have to buy it. Three staff members indicated that to us. Is that even legal? (Basically, the module runs in the $30 - 50 range so talk about profit margin!) By that point we were just worn out and not in any mood to argue with them. We eventually drove off 45 minutes after the store had closed opting to not have the salesman demonstrate any of the car's features; told them we'd figure it out for ourselves. Five years ago, we had a similar experience while leasing a vehicle for our daughter - that time we were only there 4.5 hours though. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because the salesman was so nice on that visit, and they did meet our monthly payment goal. Met the goal again but really dissatisfied with the time needed to simply lease a vehicle. That, coupled with what I believe to be at least questionable business practices on the Pulse system, makes us highly unlikely to do business there again. And if you elect to respond, please do not ask me to call you - customer service protocols indicate it should be you calling me...

I will never do business with this dealership or recommend too many hidden fees. Car was $10,000 after all the hidden fees it was $18,000. Make sure you read all the agreements with the hidden fees. Never showed me the 18,000 just wanted me to sign.
