We did a combination of shopping in person and online. We found a comparable car at another close by dealership but ultimately purchased from Jeff Wyler Fairfield because Nathan was a trustworthy and helpful salesman. I look forward to taking my car here for any service for years to come. I would recommend this location and Nathan to friends and family.

I dropped off on March 30th for April 1st appointment, received a call from Jeff Wyler service department stating car had a leaky valve cover gasket which is fouling out plugs, they informed me that my vehicle is no longer under warranty and it would cost me over $500. I was hesitant but approved the work. The following Thursday April 9th I was checking my vehicles oil as I do every week and noticed they left a bolt out of the valve cover. I went back to Jeff Wyler Saturday morning April 11th at which time they said I would have to make an appointment because they only have oil techs on Saturdays. I made appointment for Monday April 13 8:00 am and dropped of car Sunday night the 12th. I never heard from anyone at Jeff Wyler's service department all day Monday, and Tuesday. I had to call and fight through their AI answering service to finally speak with someone. They said their system went down. I picked up my vehicle Wednesday April 15th, they offered no apologies, and or explanation for their obvious inept service department and service technicians.
