Scheduled service, got a call about recall. Tried to talk options with service team leading up. Called, left voicemails, text messages - no responses. Didn’t even get a call when I didn’t show up.
This was after the last service they messed up alignment and service rep acted like I wanted to drive an hour back there. Only person to apologize for inconvenience was the actual guy servicing the car.
Not buying or transacting with this team again.

I’d give zero if I could. We bought a 2017 LandRover RangeRover Evoque SE in August of 2024 and we thought it was a blessing in disguise because we were down on our luck and struggling to get by but then we got this car to help get back on our feet.
But ever since we got the vehicle it’s been one issue after another starting with rain and water soaking the interior through the roof (there is no sunroof for it to leak through) which led to the infotainment system to stop working not even months after purchase and then we have to cover it with a tarp just so water doesn’t pool up in the vehicle which we still have to do.
Then we had a hose SNAP off of the coolant over flow which led to the car sitting for months because not only are the parts expensive but they are truly impossible to find, which then took over a month to even get serviced because the difficulty of finding parts. then the radiator hose blew as-well leading to the car sitting for over a month almost two again.
After just now finding a hose to fix the radiator a few weeks ago. another issue came up with the struts and the bushings which would cost us almost $10,000 if we go through with repair.
The sales person talked up the car about how it’s been taken such good care of and it’s very reliable but with all the issues we’ve had since we FIRST GOT the car has proven the credibility is not true with this dealership.
We have taken so much care into this vehicle trying to repair it as much as possible giving grace to the dealership because the age of the car but now it’s 10,000 dollars to repair.
So now here we are stuck with a $14,000 loan on a car which repair costs more than the vehicle itself, a CHILD on the way with no means of safe transportation and no way to go to and from work to get money for a new car.
Also not to mention we haven’t even put 18,000 miles on the car due to it sitting because we CAN’T get parts to fix the car without waiting for months!
I truly don’t ever recommend this dealer!

As we know having stresses and worries about " car situations" can be very heavy and costly, I must say that the whole Acura team showed up for me. They listened, understood and put me in a rental, made all the necessary repairs. Everything was done professionally and with ease. A big shout out to Cooper who sold me my car as well, I appreciate you and the whole team!! 5 star

My car was in for a safety recall. The work was completed in a timely matter.
The Wait area is pleasant and the service representative (Michael Wilson) was very personable and knowledgeable about the repairs.
During final inspection, wheel studs were found to be stripped/worn. They were promptly replaced.
I'm very pleased with the service and communications that I received.

Hello. It sounds like the staff might have given you incorrect information. If the car had paint issues, the condition of the purchase was that they would fix them within 15 days. I spoke to the person who sold me the car and told them it was in bad shape; they said the mechanics would check it out. Later, they sent me a message claiming there was nothing wrong with the car. From then until now, I’ve been fed nothing but lies. A lot of time has passed, yet just last week, they caused me to lose a day of work. It is truly disappointing to have people strung along with nothing but lies—we are talking about a $45,000 car.
