Service department is non responsive. I have tried to call to talk with a service tech about a recall on my Palisade but so far I have not gotten a call back in couple days.

My car only has 18000 miles on it. Got a new air filter/general service. Now there's a rattling noise when I my air comes on. I have to take time off work again and go to a different dealership to get what the broke fixed. I used my Hyundai app to schedule, but really whished I used google review first. Also took them 3 hours to complete the work. Hoping for a refund, as what they did was wrong. You also charge a credit card fee, even though that's the only way to pay. Paid almost $200 for bad work.

Customer service and they way the speak to paying customers is horrible. I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at this dealership and Thomas Stitzel was rude, unprofessional and gory dismissive. I explain more later in the review.
I dropped my car off Thursday at 9:30 AM for diagnostics. I was initially told it could take all day, which was fine, so I arranged to go home using their shuttle service. The issue is that after dropping my vehicle off, I received absolutely ZERO communication for the rest of the day.
By 2 PM, nothing. 3 PM, nothing. 4 PM, nothing. I called multiple times before closing and nobody answered the phones. The dealership closed without a single update about my vehicle.
The next morning, I called again right when they opened and still got no answer, so I physically drove back to the dealership. Only then was I told, “we didn’t really find anything wrong.”
The service advisor admitted he “forgot” to call me and then became dismissive and argumentative when I questioned why my car sat there all day with no communication. At one point he responded with, “Do you think we’re open 24 hours?” and “Do you want me to sit back there and babysit the technician?” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful customer service.
What makes this even worse is that I paid $230 for a diagnostic inspection, yet the report claimed EVERYTHING on my car checked out perfectly. That is simply not accurate. I already know my rear brakes and rotors need work, and I brought the vehicle in because of an oil leak concern that was apparently ignored.
To top everything off, when I got my car back, the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON — after they supposedly inspected the vehicle all day. They took it back briefly and claimed it “just needed reset,” but the light came back on within minutes of driving away.
So after paying $230, I left with:
* no real answers,
* no communication,
* rude service,
* and a check engine light that wasn’t fixed.
This dealership wasted my time, handled my concerns carelessly, and treated me like I was inconveniencing them for asking basic questions about my own vehicle. I absolutely would not recommend bringing your car here for diagnostics or service.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. Horrible service department. Dealt with them on multiple occasions now and they are horrible at communication. Won't answer the phone or return phone calls. Worst Customer Service!

I went for a standard oil change. They found something leaking that needed to be fixed under warranty. It was going to take a couple days and they gave me a free rental. All good up to this point.
They sent me an inspection video after the multipoint inspection. I couldn't look at it until I got home though and so forgot about it. That's on me. I also just scanned over the invoice to check the price. That's also my fault.
I finally watched the inspection video and they clearly said there are no leaks.
I read over the invoice and see that it claims that I reported that the vehicle was losing oil. I did not report a problem.
I'm not mad since I didn't pay for anything more than the original oil change. But a bit annoyed that the records falsely claim I reported a problem. It feels a little fishy.
