    Customer service was great, until they accidentally charged for something that was never supposed to be charged. Now I’m consistently getting the run around and they said it’s nothing they could do but when I called corporate customer service they in fact could’ve done the same thing corporate customer service did. I typically never go to Enterprise, but had no choice because this is what my insurance would pay for but never again.

    We rented a car for the weekend, everything was conveniently on line. Prices were competitive. We arrived about 10 minutes early, the waiting area was full at the time. 10am Friday. The entire staff was working to assist customers.The wait was reasonable based on on busy they were. The was kind to everyone and working hard to get people on their way. We will be back!

    After returning the car, I received an email and a receipt for $17 for fuel. I called, and they said it was for the gas, but they would issue a refund because they gave me the car without specifying the fuel type. The next day, my refund was on my credit card, and the following day, without any notification or receipt, they charged me another $14. I called again to find out what it was this time, and they told me to call my bank because they hadn't made any extra $14 transaction. I ask why lying to me them if I knew you did it, and this time without even sending me a receipt by email. Someone isn't doing their job properly.
