    Had a booking to where I needed a full size suv. They didn’t call and say all of theirs was booked for weekend or even ask other locations did they have any available to accommodate me. Once I got the “vehicle” that they only had available the damn monitor for radio had a malfunction which didn’t kick in until I was already in the road for my trip. When I returned vehicle and shower them proof no accountability on their part didn’t even offer me a credit or price adjustment. I felt that was so unprofessional and really left a bad taste in my mouth because ive gotten vehicles from here in the past. I will not be a returning customer to this location.

    Went to pick up 7 passenger at 4 pm as instructed they did not have the vehicle or access to any suv. Supposed to leave for softball tournament out of state with booked hotel. Friday afternoon on Hamilton Ave no vehicle in Cincinnati area they could set up for me totally disappointed in Enterprise
