  I directed my staff to remove our professional fleet account with AutoZone effective today because of this store location. I came in to request a refund for two products that did not work all which is fine. In order to see if the product works the entire bottle must be used. Vehicle was tested after and the product had not worked even minutely. I was denied by the the worker of a refund because the product was empty , yes it was empty it has to be used to know if it works she was very condescending and rude. This location specifically seems to have multiple bad reviews pertaining to this sales associate. This is unfortunate and concerning that a company would employ a person with such traits. I will be advising other owners to use better services from now on.

  Went in there to get wiper blades. After standing in line for several minutes being ignored by an employee that was talking to another customer that was being helped by someone else he finally said can I help you? I said yes I'm looking for wiper blades. He pointed to the aisle and said they are right there. I said I know where they are at I thought you would help me. He said nothing so I walked out. My husband who has gone here for over 25+ years told me to go to the counter plus I have been with him before and he went to the counter and they helped him. I went to another auto parts and not only did they shake their head when I told them of my experience they helped me and offered to install them for me. We were headed out of town that morning in the rain and they inconvenienced me by having to make another stop!! I had some manager call me about my experience offered wiper blades for another auto. I walked in to get them and there he was. He was standing in his normal I'm doing nothing pose. I walked out when I saw him. I called the manager Lauren Grubbs back two days ago to say my husband was picking up the blades if they were still available and she had yet to call me back. Goes to show how they feel about their customers. Too many other auto parts stores out there to deal with this kind of unprofessionalism. We will not be back!!!! I feel I was discriminated against in more than one way! Good riddance! We neither one will be back!!!

  Very pleasant staff! Thank you especially to Branden for showing my friend & me how to correctly install the windshield wiper blades. The parts were available for a fair price. Thank you for being personable & informative.
