  Ordered a 7 passenger mini-van on Tuesday. Received confirmation. Received an email to confirm and “check in” on Wednesday evening. Went to the branch to pick it up on Thursday at the specified time. They don’t have one. “We tried to call and left a message yesterday.” No, they didn’t. Didn’t even offer another vehicle. Didn’t even try to make it right. No 7 passenger vehicles available anywhere else in the Dayton area on 2 hours notice. Enterprise showed tons of 7 passenger vehicles available and would let you book them. Then when you go to pick them up, “oh, we don’t have any, we tried to call you.” Called the main company line and was told a manager would call to make it right. No call. Do not rent from the Fairborn branch. Avoid Enterprise all together if you can. Wouldn’t let the people running the Fairborn branch manage a hotdog stand.

  Brandon and Steven were super helpful and great to work with when picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Will definitely go back to this location the next time we rent a vehicle!

  The guy who picked us up was a cool dude. Unfortunately, the 2 counter people at the business had us wait for over 30 minutes while out in the parking lot chit-chatting with another customer. Dude who picked us up— 5 ⭐ Attendant's— 0 ⭐

  CARSTAR helped me get connected with Enterprise when my vehicle was in the shop for repairs. The individuals at this place of business go above & beyond. Overall the experience & service was exemplary!!! Thank you for the support & giving a fantastic food reference! (I apologize for the dirt!)
