  Z took very good care of us first time having them has our car rental place Z does alot 4 enterprise rental car when you make your rental ask for Z she will take good care of you Thanks Z see you in November

  Z was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Without her we would have been stuck! She stayed late to help us out and made sure we were able to get what we needed to make everything work!

  I was disappointed with my experience at Enterprise. I had to wait about 30 minutes before receiving my vehicle. When I finally got it, I noticed the fuel tank was only a little over half full instead of full, which was frustrating. On top of that, the car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and I had a 7-hour drive ahead of me. Overall, this was not the level of service or vehicle condition I expected from Enterprise. I hope they improve their preparation and inspection process for future customers.

  I just want to say that i hate being lied to. I was there over the weekend to get a car since my car was in collision. I asked if i could swap this to a smaller vehicle in michigan without a problem. Was told yeah no problem. I have been on the phone for 3 days trying to find a way to do this without driving 100+ miles to euclid to get a smaller car. Looks like i cant and now im pissed and will be making sure corporate knows and hears the wrath i understand it was the end of the day and you wanted to get out of work and your understaffed but lying to customers to get them out your face is not great customer service.The enterprise motto we do the work so you don't have to is BS!

  WHO WANTS TO PAY FULL PRICE ON A RENTAL CAR THAT'S DAMAGED / INTERIOR STAINED??? Be aware if you have your insurance get a reservation that you will not accumulate any reward points even if you're paying out of pocket for a car that doesnt fully covered by insurance, and just by looking at the reviews here , they pick and choose who gets a free upgrade and who doesn't , especially with insurances ,also every car that I rented from this company has some type of damage/ stained interior/ cigarette ash in the car itself , but will charge you full price for the rental car category you reserved . When you tell the guy, the car smells like smoke and he tells you," oh I don't smell anything".And then when you point out the ash right in front of the steering wheel , they say , "okay we'll make a note of that " , an when you return the rental the next day because of the smell an they put me into a beat up / stained up rav4 an still charged me a higher rate than what the car is categorized in there reservation platform. Also strongly recommend everyone that rents a rental car to take pictures before you drive off their lot an before you return it , but there're excuses are "this is all we have right now" also , if you're paying out of pocket for a rental car that the insurance doesn't fully cover be aware that they THEY DO NOT GIVE " WEEKLY OR A MONTHLY RATE " ONLY DAILY RATES on rental insurances partly covers which in my opinion is UNFAIR / PRICE GOUGING especially WHEN THE INSURANCE COMPANIES GET A BETTER RATE THAN SOMEBODY MAKING RESERVATION when the car itself keeps having safety glitches when driving it.And i'm talking about the" white dodge durango" i understand they do the best they can with what they have on their lot and they are some great people that work there but the corporation it self will rack in the profits While minimizing inventory that leaves people no choice but to use their damaged cars at full price. So I'm not mad with the employees that are trying to do the best they can.But more Aggravated with corporate greed and false advertisement , and i'm referring to the recorded message when you're put on hold to speak with someone because the recording itself does not have the same standards what the company gives you to rent. If you feel this has happened to you.Please like this post so others can see how this company itself runs solely on profits without the standard quality renting out rental cars
