  The staff is kind and welcoming to all. I hear them call out things for safety and I appreciate them running a tight ship. That is not to say they lake personal delivery and personality. They shine even on rainy days!

  Checked this place out for the first time and was very impressed with the customer service! Heather did a fantastic job going through everything with me. Will definitely be coming back!

  Unexpectedly terrible experience on this Thursday afternoon. I’ve been a repeat Valvoline customer for years. Today, that trend ended as I’ve had to visit “Take 5” instead and likely will continue to do so in the future. (The $19 off coupon even isn’t enough to change my mind). I watched 3 customers who pulled in after me in lane 1- get serviced before the vehicle in front of me was ever even looked at. No one came out to talk to the customers in the long line that was forming… but the cars in lane 1 just kept moving along. When I noticed lane two’s vehicle customer got out and walked into the building- and then a bit later they started removing tires all around- I realized that this nearly 1 hour of waiting was a waste. In the meantime- there were plenty of Valvoline staff that were standing around chatting- but none of them took the time to direct the flow of customers outside to ensure there was some order. Very frustrated with this experience today.

  This is so hard to write because we have had such great experiences at this location. But today was ridiculous. Over an hour wait?? My husband and I stopped in for a change on our way home from the NICU before getting our kiddos from daycare. Usually it's like 30 minutes max even with a car in front of us. We should have had plenty of time to get the change and get to daycare on time at 5:30pm if we arrived around 4:15pm. Usually, they're great at first in, first out and providing quick and thorough service. Instead, they had a car that arrived much later than us in first, and after our service was complete, we watched someone (won't name names) hanging out in the office with another person after we explicitly said we're in a bit of a time crunch and need to get our kids from daycare since we didn't anticipate a car that arrived later getting serviced first. Additionally, it was disheartening to see him in the office chit-chatting, not valuing our time, when our car had been finished for a few minutes and we were just waiting for clearance at that point. Valvoline is known for their quick, yet thorough service. This was disappointing. And now we may be paying a daycare fine, which is far from what we needed right now. Also of note, we witnessed the workers forget to reattach a piece of the skid guard to the car in front of us and just let the car leave without saying anything. That was sketchy.. needless to say, trust was broken in a couple of places. I hope they work towards providing better service in the future in a few places
