  My experience with Mylann at webuyanycar.com was exceptional. What a great guy and a treasure to your company. The price I received for my car was not good. I know that you have to make money but the price was extremely low. The process was fairly easy.

  0 stars. Complete waste of time. The online offer was $3,600, then after wasting my time with an in-person appointment they dropped it to $1,200. An insulting lowball offer. I could get more parting the car out myself. Don’t waste your time with this company. Edit for response to company: Claiming the engine had “upper engine noise” and was “running rough” without identifying a specific mechanical issue or providing any diagnostic evidence isn’t convincing. Saying “AI checks trained on hundreds of thousands of engine records” sounds impressive, but it doesn’t prove the engine has a defect. The cosmetic flaws also don’t explain a $2,400 reduction from the online offer. Those are typical cosmetic issues on a 13-year-old vehicle and don’t justify cutting the offer by two-thirds.
