  I had the pleasure of purchasing 2 new vehicles from Abraham Buick GMC in Elyria Ohio. In January I purchased 2026 Yukon Denali. I was treated great by General Manager, Wendell Brown and salesman Ryan Trifiletti. Then again at the end on March, I was searching for a GMC Canyon 4WD CREW CAB IN VOLCANIC Red, My salesman said they had one coming in and that he would call me when it did. I went to Joyce Buick GMC, cause they had one in red in stock. Couldn’t deal with them at Joyce. They offered me $5000 less for my 2024 GMC SIERRA 1500 X31 crew cab that Abraham Buick GMC would offer me. 2 days later, Ryan Trifiletti called me and said the truck was in. We worked out a great deal again for the 2026 GMC Canyon, and I added the following options, Berliner, bed cover, and running boards. With the help oh sales manager, Wendell Brown I was able to get an additional 20% off the option purchases! All in all, a great experience at NICK ABRAHAM BUICK GMC in ELYRIA, Ohio thanks to Wendell Brown, Ryan Trifiletti, and I also want to thank the great service advisors, RUSSELL LONG and KEVIN MULLER WHO HAVE BEEN THERE FOR ME on my service appointments.THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR BEATING JOYCE BUICK GMC BY OVER $6000 with trade value and taxes!!

  We didn't buy a car, but our salesman Reed was excellent and very helpful. He took the time to show us exactly what we were looking for and even some SUVs we might be looking at in the future. The reason for only 3 stars is I felt the manager told a half truth about another manufacturers warranty and his OTD pricing was higher than other dealers we looked at. In addition it didn't line up at all with his internet price when including tax title and fees. In my opinion in the days of the internet your price better be that internet price plus tax title and a 400 dollar fee in Ohio.

  First, I would like to acknowledge that our salesperson, James, was excellent—he was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire purchasing process. However, after purchasing a $45,000 certified pre-owned truck, we began experiencing multiple issues within just four days. Took it in for a blowing sound when I let off the gas. They said that was perfectly normal. Which was odd. I left the dealership and on the drive home got a check engine light and the vehicle ultimately required extensive repairs and remained in the shop for over a month. Fortunately, we had purchased a warranty; otherwise, we would have been responsible for nearly $3,000 in repair costs. Given that the vehicle had reportedly passed a multi-point inspection, this experience was both surprising and disappointing. Additionally, our experience with the service department was frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, as follow-ups were often not returned when promised. I would strongly encourage future buyers to thoroughly inspect any vehicle prior to purchase, as post-sale support in situations like this may be limited

  If I could I would give this organization 10 stars. I just leased another Terrain from them as I did back in 2019. In between these 2 leases I had to go to another dealership because they, like everyone else, were dealing with inventory issues. I tell you those 3 years away from the Nick Abraham brand is a lesson in the difference between a good dealership and a great dealership. I’m glad to be back with my 2026 Terrain. I had the pleasure of dealing with Shannon and she is simply amazing at her job! After a conversation detailing my experience she got me back in another beautiful Terrain! I was there for a minute as I was getting out of my old lease and everybody was super nice and friendly (they truly get to know their customers) just like my experiences from 2019-2023. I have yet to deal with the service department this go around but that was one of the main reasons for me wanting to come back. They are by far the best service department I dealt with in my many years of leasing. Thank you for being such an amazing dealership and having incredible people on your staff!
