I recently had an insurance claim on my vehicle and needed a rental while my car was being repaired. Because of my oversight I only had insurance coverage for a small car. Due to my daughter having disabilities that would have made life very difficult for my family. Thankfully Chris, the manager at this location, stepped up when he had no obligation to and took care of us. He was able to upgrade us to a minivan and it was a true lifesaver for my family. I really appreciate what he did for us, especially when he could have told me not his problem and sent me out the door. He didn’t do that. As a result we had a very good experience through the whole process. I also heard him on the phone with another customer going above and beyond. So I was not an isolated story. I would return here without question for any future rental needs. Thank you.

Back in February, I was given a rental through this Enterprise while my car was being repaired at a local shop. The representative who initially helped me, I believe her name was Ainsleigh, was very helpful and accommodating.
Unfortunately, my later experiences were the complete opposite. I had issues with the repair shop and needed to contact Enterprise for clarification. I spoke with an employee named Chris, who was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.
Then about a week ago, I noticed a charge from Enterprise on my bank account for a rental I had returned over two months earlier. When I called to ask why, I was told they were unable to collect the remaining payment from the repair shop, so they charged my card instead. That made no sense to me and should have been communicated beforehand.
During the call, the phone connection was poor, and when I politely asked Chris to repeat himself, he hung up on me and never called back.
I’ve rented from other companies, including other Enterprise locations, and have never experienced customer service this poor. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
When I 1st got the car I took a picture of the dashboard, I was told that it was full and I had to return full, dash showed I had 417 miles to go on the tank, when I filled it, I spent $45.11 to fill, which it took it up to 458 miles to the tank. Which is 41 more miles to the tank then I got when I received it.. So since I didn't get quite a full tank when I got the car, I should get reimbursed some of the gas back worth 41 miles.

Great team at this Enterprise! They are very helpful and make the experience a quick and easy one getting the car and getting it turned back in as well. Chris is always pleasant and helpful. Great job!

Had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car! The staff was incredibly accommodating and made both pickup and drop-off smooth and stress-free. Everything was ready when we arrived, and the process moved quickly without any hassle.
What stood out most was the convenience—we were able to pick up a 15-passenger van right in Elyria instead of having to go all the way to the airport or into Cleveland. That level of accessibility made a big difference for our group and saved us a lot of time and effort.
We’re really grateful for the service and professionalism from start to finish, and we’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
