  I was at the Elyria branch. Shout out to Chris Heine and Deandre Clayton for going above and beyond expectations with me. My rental was ready a day early and they called to see if I could pick it up. They worked extensively to make sure I was in my budget and had peace of mind (added on insurance and damage waiver) on my travels. This made for a stress free travel where I could enjoy my time with my family on vacation. While at the Elyria branch the two were personable with me having small talk and helping me feel welcome. There was a minor inconvenience while I was out of state and I had a flat tire. I called the Elyria branch and they jumped into action right away. I got the number to a local branch where I was staying and went to an approved vendor and it was fixed in a quick, safe manner. When I returned the vehicle I was below the fuel when I rented it and Deandre said they would take care of it to help with the inconvenience of the flat tire I had when I was out of state. Like I said at the beginning they went beyond all expectations. They have honesty, trust and integrity which are core values I appreciate. I will always rent from enterprise when I travel and recommend them when people ask me who to rent cars from.
