- MBMichael BaynesApr 23, 20265.0I had a tire puncture and called roadside assistance through my insurance and they contacted Don's for a tow. Originally the ETA was 45-75 minutes. But the Driver Nick got there in 30 minutes. He was very friendly and handled everything perfectly. Luckily the shop was only a mile or so away so it was a quick trip.
- LSLiz SDec 19, 20251.0Used their service through AAA for a lockout on my vehicle, the guy could not complete the service. Completely useless do not recommend them for when you’re locked out of your vehicle.
- JSJessica SchusterSep 10, 20181.0Waited 4 hours for a 90 minute tow up the street. Guy was rude on the phone. Tow truck driver didn't seem to know what he was doing. I was recommend someone else unless you want to waste your time.
