- JBJohn BairdAug 27, 20261.0After $1500 worth of new brakes my 2023 tundra was making an extremely loud grinding sound driving away from the store. It was explained to me that sometime between the time I dropped it off and the time I picked it up the hoses allowing fluid had failed. Now my calipers wouldn’t fully release and they had to be replaced. They actually put it back up on the rack and YES this certainly was the cause. One day later (at Toyota) they say your hoses are calipers are functioning perfectly - anyone can see your backing plates are rubbing. FIVE MINUTES it took. Complete nonsense

I’ve had my vehicle here three times in each time they had to realign it and told me something different was wrong, I had to take it somewhere else to find the real problem. These people are not real mechanics. They’re corporate employees that work on vehicles and screw things up. Only brought my vehicle here because it was a weekend and no other shops were open but next time I’ll just wait
