- GSGraham SmithJun 16, 20262.0The BMW team does not appear to want our money. We’ve come in twice, driving a BMW, to look at purchasing an x7 without ever being approached by sales. Both times we gave up and left after ten to fifteen minutes. We also had a car in for repairs twice, because the repair was not completed successfully the first time, and service never offered to perform overdue maintenance items. Both maintenance items are simple and could have been an easy buck for them. Maybe I’m missing something but seems like an odd way to run a business.

The part that really left a stale taste was the fact that the service advisor I talked to had to ask what my name was “again” several times. A dealership working with 200k+ vehicles on a regular basis should have better customer service.
