I have a customer, with a daughter in a wheelchair. They got a flat tire on a Sunday, with with mom, daughter and grandma in the car. Their daughter’s wheelchair can’t go in an Uber or Taxi, it can only go in a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Mr Tire had the tow truck bring the van to them. It had a wheel lock on it and they couldn’t get it off, so they called another employee who went to the store and bought something to try, and brought it in… They spent hours on trying to help this family who was desperate. I cannot thank them enough or possibly describe how amazing they were!! I highly recommend them, if you need anything they offer services for!! Jasper and I believe the girl’s name was Jessica both went above and beyond, trying to help!

This location is disorganized and unhelpful. When you use the website to reserve an appointment and tires, the store acts like it does not exist. Somewhere there is a huge disconnect between the web and the store. Store acted like the web appointments do not exist. Email confirmation, and confirming text message, does not matter. I made the appointment three days ahead to ensure the right tires could be delivered to the local store. Guess what, no tires available. This is a tire company that does not embrace selling a pair of tires for an older vehicle. To top it off the staff was rude to my daughter and wife when they attempted to drop the vehicle off. I have used this store for other tires in the past, never again.... I would give them a zero, but the system will not let me....

I came to this location with a couple of riding lawn mower wheels. I had replacement tires but had trouble getting one to seat (the other still had the old tire on the rim). They got both tires on the rims and aired them up - no charge. I usually don't leave reviews but I felt compelled to by their hospitality. Highly recommend!
