  Brought my 2022 Countryman in for brake service. They took it early, did thorough job while keeping me informed, and even confirmed I didn't need a few other services that another dealer said I needed. Service writers were very personable, professional and took time to make sure I was happy. They also did a nice car wash including drying it properly. It was a great experience and massive improvement over my last visit a few years ago. I will definitely be returning for next service.

  Theo Agguire at the service desk was prompt courteous and knowledgeable. When I mentioned I'd had trouble logging into my Mini account. He rounded the car, sat in the passenger side and helped me through the prompts for resetting my password. I'm very pleased with the service at MiniCooper of Dublin.

  Wonderful service. Personal and detailed. Very cooperative about changing an appointment due to my schedule. Always well taken care of here.

  Great buying experience. Fair negotiation and followed through with all promises. They showed they valued us as a customer.
