    I recently took my Maserati for routine maintenance, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While they performed the essential tasks like the oil change, I expected a higher level of service overall, especially given the brand’s reputation for luxury. First, my car wasn’t even washed or vacuumed, which I thought was a standard practice at most dealerships, especially for high-end vehicles. It’s a simple touch that goes a long way in making customers feel valued. I was initially promised that the car would be picked up and delivered after service. While they did pick it up, I was asked to arrange my own transportation to pick it up afterward. I had to use Uber, which cost me $30, and I was really disappointed with the experience. Moreover, when I asked about specific issues and maintenance details, the staff didn’t seem to have adequate knowledge. It felt like they couldn’t answer my questions with confidence or clarity, which is concerning when you’re trusting them with a high-performance vehicle like a Maserati. For the premium you pay, I expected a far more professional and thorough experience. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of expectations, and I’ll likely be looking elsewhere for future service needs.

    We purchased a 2017 Ghibli early this year and ran into some issues. We met with Jason @ MAG Maserati and he began working very hard to help us get the issue resolved. The customer service was awesome and the ability to contact him at any hour was greatly appreciated. It may sound like a commercial but we only trust MAG Maserati with our baby. Thanks again.
