Before we even arrived, I called ahead to ask if my nephew and niece would be allowed to come in and look at the cars. Heather was incredibly kind and welcoming on the phone, which immediately put me at ease. My dad was in the hospital, and we live about an hour away, so it had already been a stressful day. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but Heather made us feel completely welcome from the moment we walked through the door. She took the time to let my nephew and niece look at the cars, answered questions, and made the experience fun and memorable for them. The highlight of our visit was getting to sit in a Lamborghini. Seeing the excitement on the kids' faces was priceless, and it completely brightened all of our days during a difficult time. Heather was professional, patient, friendly, and genuinely caring. She turned what could have been a simple stop into a memory that my family will never forget. Thank you, Heather, for your kindness and for going above and beyond.
