- MHMelina HaugheyJul 29, 20261.0So when Mag owned this company I had no problems, but this new group Absolutely horrible, horrible customer service in the parts department. Jeff, I’m assuming it’s the supervisor called me back and as a woman he needed to tell me about myself and then tell me how to order parts and that I was incorrect in what I was doing. I felt as though he was extremely condescending and was definitely trying to put me in my place. I would never do business with them or ever order another part!!! The craziest part is I’ve done business with them for years through Lamborghini and all of the Lamborghinis that we have owned… They’ve completely lost my business!!
