- BTBGB TTJun 11, 20263.0I reserved a vehicle and paid extra for a larger SUV for pickup at 12:00 PM. However, when I arrived, the vehicle I reserved was not available. The only options offered were a smaller SUV or waiting until 5:00 PM for an available vehicle to be delivered. What I find particularly frustrating is that if I were to keep the vehicle an additional four hours beyond my return time, I would be charged for an entire extra day. Yet when Enterprise is unable to provide the reserved vehicle on time and is delayed by five hours, there is no prorated adjustment or compensation offered. It seems that customers are expected to accept whatever vehicle is available because, on the day of pickup, the alternative is having no vehicle at all. This experience has left me disappointed with how the reservation was handled and thinking most clients are super stupid.
