I took my Jeep Cherokee to Crown Jeep because the vehicle was randomly shutting off while I was driving, which is obviously a serious safety concern. During my first visit, my engine was leaking oil, but instead of catching that issue, I was told the problem was the start-stop button/system and paid around $500 to have it replaced.
Unfortunately, the problem continued immediately after the repair. When I brought the vehicle back again, I was then informed that my engine cooler may be leaking and that this was likely related to the actual issue. I’m extremely frustrated because I don’t understand how an active oil leak and engine-related issue was missed during the first inspection before I spent hundreds of dollars on a repair that did not fix the problem.
To make matters worse, the employee who originally advised me on the repair is apparently no longer working there. As a customer, this experience has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I trusted the dealership to properly diagnose a dangerous issue with my vehicle, and instead I spent money on a repair that appears to have been unnecessary while the original problem remained unresolved.
I understand that diagnostics can sometimes be complicated, but communication, accuracy, and accountability matter. Especially when customer safety and significant repair costs are involved.

I had the pleasure of working with Roger Moore to return my leased Jeep Grand Cherokee and get a new one. Roger was friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond. I usually dread the car buying process but Roger made it simple, and even fun. That was the best experience I’ve had getting a new car.
James from the financial department was great and everyone there was so friendly.

I had an incredibly positive experience shopping for my new Jeep Grand Cherokee at Crown. Jordan Martin worked with me throughout the entire experience going so far as to deliver my car and make sure the entire process was as simple and streamlined as possible. There was never a point at which I felt any pressure, but rather allowed to assess the vehicle myself for those points important to me. I will recommend Crown Jeep to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Service Department Customer Service is awful. Oil change and tire rotation. dropped it off at 7:30 am. Had it all day. I had to call THEM to find out they could not service it. Their solution was to have me leave it with them overnight and they would get to it the next day. I made the appointment so it could have it taken care of it the day of the appointment! Not buying a car from this dealership again
