  I had a brief service experience, my car broke as I was traveling across state and I took it here but it was late, so it was closed. Austin reached out early in the morning, I knew it was a stretch cause these guys are always busy. While I wasn’t able to get my car looked at because I had to get back on the road somehow, Austin still had the guys inflate my tire, got me going as much as he could and assisted me in the best way possible. People don’t realize how much a small gesture can help someone going through obstacles, I was able to drive my car to the place that got it messed up in the first place, had it not been for that, it would have been more difficult. Thanks Austin and the BMW Dublin for your help!

  I took my 2021 X3 in for an oil change a few weeks ago, they returned my vehicle with a damaged driver side subwoofer. There was a terrible rattle that i noticed immediately after I picked it up that was not present when I dropped it off. They did take a look at it and said the casing was cracked which was causing the rattle. I don't know what happened while they were changing the oil, but they have not agreed to do anything about it yet and I feel like I'm getting the run around. No resolution to the issue.

  Teresa and Austin took amazing care of my recent BMW service. They corrected an issue I had experienced from my service in March and made sure to do the right thing moving forward to keep my business. Not everyday to do work with a company that just does the right thing. Thank you.

  This marks my fourth acquisition from this particular BMW dealership. Each visit to this establishment has consistently provided exceptional service and a high degree of respect. I was particularly satisfied with the financing arrangements and the attentive support I received throughout the entire process. My most recent purchase was necessitated by my previous vehicle being totaled, and this dealership efficiently facilitated my immediate return to a suitable and convenient automobile. I am extremely pleased with both the outcome and my new acquisition.

  Nia at BMW of Dublin did an excellent job. Nia redeemed this group as the first person I ran into had zero interest in selling me a car. As I was preparing to leave, Nia came out to greet me. She took her time to hear what I was interested in and even pulled one of the cars around to take a drive. I have had many luxury cars but this would have been my first BMW. She answered all questions, made sure I had a good quote for trade-in and introduced me to her manager, Steve. Both did a good job of trying to get my business. I did not end up with the BMW but it was no fault of theirs. It was due to the loyalty, being familiar with and knowing all the service folks from where I had purchased nine other cars. I just wasn't down to learn something new and I stayed with what I was used to. These 5 stars are for Nia. Thank you, NIa. Should any of my friends mention a BMW I will send them to you. Two family members have them. An X7 and an X5. I am giving them your name. All the best to you, Nia! Very kind.
