  If can take that one star away I wish I can because this was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have scheduled an appointment to drop off my car for service and made the appointment a week before. They called me less than an hour before the appointment telling me that there are no loaners and that I have to either wait, or figure out a way with transportation, then used my age as an excuse so they don’t give me the loaner. Il a college student and work weekends and telling me to figure out or reschedule and come during the weekend was just a nightmare especially when I got to know all of this in less than an hour before the appointment time. I’m not mad about the loaner but i was so frustrated about them not telling me that a head of time. What am I supposed to do a less an hour, how can I find a solution a less than an hour. It’s their responsibility letting know the customer with all the information they need in order to know what to do. That was horrible experience, and I will never step a foot in Dublin again. I went to Audi Byers and they are much better team and I had the best experience with them. They will always be my first point of contact!

  We have always traveled to Audi in Bedford, Ohio, but decided to talk to the service department at Audi in Dublin, Ohio. The service department was busy, but the service advisor took lots of time to talk to us and assure us of all of the answers we were looking for. We have decided to take the car there the next time it needs service.

  Michael was really helpful. He was patient and gave me directions to the store, as it’s really confusing to find. They need to put better signs for customers to be able to locate. Great customer service from him as well. I wish the service department was the same.
