  Great service overall! Smooth and efficient process. Happy with the purchase. If I had to leave one suggestion. The final closing “ceremony” could have been a little better. The other Audi dealer nearby did a better job with the final sale closing and presentation…ex: car presented with a bow in showroom, take a picture, get a nice folder with all the car documents, nice pen set, nice keychain set, mug/hat. Didn’t get that at the Dublin location.

  I brought my car in for a recall service. The customer experience was superb. Will was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. He took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel like a bother. I’d definitely recommend and choose this dealership again for my service needs!

  I recently brought my A4 in for scheduled maintenance, which included a Multi-Point Inspection. While the initial drop-off seemed fine, the actual thoroughness of the work was incredibly disappointing. The inspection checklist I was given had green checkmarks for adjusting all fluid levels and inspecting all filters. This was clearly falsified. My washer fluid was completely empty, and I later discovered that BOTH the cabin air filter and the engine air filter were extremely dirty. Yet, all were marked as Green/Inspected. Most frustratingly, my washer system stopped working after the visit. When I reached out, I was told it was 'impossible' the service caused it and was quoted a diagnostic fee of $270. I ended up looking into the 'impossible' issue myself; it was just a loose connection they bumped, plus the empty tank. Beyond the falsified inspection, their additional repair quotes were astronomically marked up. I was quoted $600 for an exhaust clamp and $1,000 for a gasket replacement. Knowing that the genuine Audi OEM parts for these specific repairs cost a mere fraction of those quotes, the pricing feels predatory. I’ve reached out multiple times to my advisor, regarding these oversights and have been completely ignored. It is disappointing to be ghosted after a major service, and it makes me wonder how many other safety items marked 'Green' were actually never checked. I can no longer trust Audi Dublin with my vehicle.

  I want to share some feedback about my recent visit. The waiting area really doesn’t match the level of service I expect from an Audi dealership. It was uncomfortable, cold, had no snacks, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t usable. What stood out to me is that other brands are doing this much better. For example, at Acura dealerships, the waiting area typically includes comfortable recliners, snacks, and a TV, which makes it much easier to wait during service. Given the premium pricing associated with Audi, I would expect at least a comparable experience. Right now, it feels out of line with both the brand and the cost of service. I’d appreciate it if you could look into improving the waiting area or offering alternatives like a loaner or shuttle more proactively. The staff and the mechanics are excellent. No problems there.

  I had an incredible experience at the service department thanks to Michael Kennedy. When I arrived with a stressful situation—my rearview mirror had come unhinged—Michael was attentive and took immediate action to resolve the issue, all without an appointment. His courteous demeanor and professionalism made all the difference. It's interactions like this that highlight why Audi is such an elite brand. Thank you, Michael, for your outstanding service! Highly recommend this dealership!
