In 18 years of car enthusiasm, this dealership is by far the worst one I've ever dealt with. I'll try to keep this brief.
I set up a PPI for my 2012 Audi R8. I've owned 3 R8s in the last few years and know what to look for so I had specific requests. My PPI cost me $600, which is egregious, but it is what it is. R8 tax, I suppose.
Fast forward to end of PPI. The dealer (William Sankey, Service Advisor in particular) shared the PPI results with the former owner of my car, which drastically hurt my negotiation leverage. Again, it is what it is, I'll live with it. Incredibly unprofessional and arguably illegal to share sensitive information with anyone other than the client (me), but this was only the beginning.
In my PPI, I specifically requested that someone check the mag-ride suspension and take it for a test drive. Mind you, I was buying the car from 4 hours away so I needed to trust that the dealership knew what they were doing. Shame on me.
Long story short, I had an undisclosed oil leak and FOUR BLOWN STRUTS. If they even put the car in the air they would have seen both of these issues. The car drove absolutely horrendously when I picked it up, so clearly my $600 got me an ECU scan and that's about it.
They did admit fault (I have photo proof) and ultimately refunded the $600, but I ended up having to dump $5,000 into the car right off the jump. Mind you, I could have worked something out with the seller if they would have disclosed the two main issues (in addition to 2-3 other undisclosed problems that I've since found).
Shame on Audi Dublin, shame on William Sankey. I hope this review steers people in another direction as this entire experience was nothing but a massive headache. I would give some grace if it was a $20,000 Audi A3, but they royally screwed up a PPI on a V10 R8.
Worst dealership experience I've ever had.

My salesperson, Hunter Wellman, was outstanding throughout the entire purchasing process. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough, taking the time to answer all of my questions and ensure I fully understood every aspect of the vehicle before leaving the dealership. His professionalism and dedication made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Hunter if you’re in the market for a new Audi!

⭐ 0/5 — Extremely Disappointing Service. I Will Not Return to Audi Dublin.
I am extremely disappointed with Audi Dublin’s service department. I brought my 2025 Audi S5 Sportback in for multiple warranty concerns, and after multiple visits, none of my original issues have been properly resolved. On top of that, my vehicle appears to have been damaged while being worked on.
My appointment was at 9:30 AM, and I dropped the car off around midnight the night before. Despite that, it didn’t get into the shop until around 12:30 PM. When I questioned the delay, I was told 9:30 was only the “check-in” time. However, my repair order was already created at 7:47 AM that morning, so that explanation didn’t make much sense. I understand dealerships get busy, but waiting until 12:30 to start on a vehicle that was dropped off the night before for a scheduled appointment is frustrating.
I also asked for a courtesy vehicle because the diagnosis was taking so long. I was specifically told they had no loaner vehicles available and that I could pick up my car and return another time. After I asked for the manager to call me, a loaner suddenly became available. I was very surprised.
The biggest problem happened after they replaced/worked on my Virtual Cockpit instrument cluster for a dashboard rattle. When I received the car back, I found a broken plastic tab/piece inside the vehicle (it was on the seat), and the silver/chrome trim surrounding the instrument cluster was damaged/chipped, and it is still rattling I don’t why it is rattling now because of instrument cluster or the broken plastic tab. I have attached before-and-after pictures showing the condition.
My other concerns weren’t resolved either. The power-folding side mirrors still make an abnormal noise, which I was told is “normal.” This isn’t my first car—I know what properly operating folding mirrors sound like.
My coolant was very low, and although they told me they performed a leak test, the coolant is still low.
And this part is almost funny 😂—after all that time at an Audi service department, they returned the car with “Please add washer fluid” displayed on the dashboard. I’m obviously not upset about the cost of washer fluid; it just shows the lack of attention to detail.
The worst part is the follow-up. It has now been approximately a month since I reported these concerns and the damage, and I still have no proper resolution. They aren’t even responding to my text messages.
I have attached photos/screenshots showing the before-and-after condition, damaged trim, broken plastic piece.
I chose an authorized Audi dealership because I expected a higher standard of workmanship and customer service. Instead, I am more concerned about my car after the service than before.
Audi Dublin has completely lost my trust. I will never bring my vehicle back here for service, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend their service department.

I recently had to have my 2019 Audi Etron repaired at Audi Dublin due to sudden power loss as I was driving around town. Initially I had to get it towed to the location and they quickly were able to get it into the shop for a comprehensive evaluation. I was subsequently told that my rear motor unfortunately was no longer functional as coolant had leaked into it. This would require replacement. In addition, they were able to tell me that I was eligible for a warrant repair of this due to the vehicle still being within the warranty period.
I was pleased with that and decided to proceed. In addition, they kept me in the loop with regards to obtaining a loaner vehicle since I knew that this repair would take time They were even able to provide me with a Lyft ride to the dealership to pick up the loaner.
The service agent I worked with was Kelly Retcher. She was wonderful to work with. She kept me updated via text on an ongoing basis. The total repair time took about 2 and half weeks. But never had any concerns as they answered all of my questions entirely. I am hoping not to run into any further trouble any time soon. But at least I know that Audi Dublin has my back.

I've now purchased six vehicles from Audi of Dublin, and this latest experience only reinforced why I continue coming back.
From start to finish, Hunter, Zach, Nolen, and Tyler made the entire process exceptional. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a great experience every step of the way. At no point did I feel pressured, just supported by a team that clearly takes pride in what they do and in taking care of their customers.
A special thank you to Hunter for making the buying experience enjoyable from beginning to end. Before I drove off the lot, he took the time to walk me through every aspect of my new Audi, making sure I understood all of the features, technology, and settings. He never rushed the process and genuinely wanted me to leave feeling comfortable and confident with my new vehicle. That level of customer care is becoming increasingly rare, and it's exactly the kind of experience that deserves recognition.
Thank you as well to Zach for his professionalism and customer-first approach, and to Nolen for making the finance process smooth, efficient, and straightforward.
I'd also especially like to recognize Tyler, who has been involved in every one of my six vehicle purchases. His leadership, integrity, and unwavering commitment to customer service have been a major reason for my continued loyalty. Over the years, he has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure every experience exceeds expectations, and it's clear that his leadership and influence helps create the outstanding culture throughout the dealership.
Audi of Dublin and the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family should be incredibly proud to have this team representing their brand. Exceptional people create exceptional customer experiences, and that's exactly what this group delivers.
If you're looking for a dealership that truly values its customers and makes buying a vehicle enjoyable, I can't recommend this group highly enough. They've earned my trust and my business time and time again, and I look forward to purchasing many more vehicles from them in the future.
