  We are from out of state and our service was due. They got us in quick, prompt on time of service and the entire process was just a little over an hour, which included taking care of a recall. And the service attendant was beyond polite and professional. Highly recommend and will return in the future if needed. 🤗

  The lady that took care of me was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She explained all details in language that I could understand and she was very detailed. She explained problems and gave me solutions.

  I can’t say enough good things about the service department at Parkway Honda. We own four Hondas, and because I drive quite a bit and am very particular about maintenance, it feels like I’m there with one of our vehicles all the time. Parkway Honda has consistently been dependable, accommodating, and professional every single time. They’ve always done outstanding work on my vehicles, they communicate well, and I’ve never felt like they were trying to sell me repairs or services that weren’t actually necessary. That’s a big deal to me, especially because dealerships sometimes get a bad reputation for overselling repairs. My experience with Parkway Honda has been the complete opposite. I trust them with my vehicles, and that trust has been earned over many visits. I especially want to recognize my service advisor, Heather. She is absolutely outstanding at what she does. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and always willing to work with my schedule. She explains things clearly and has never tried to pressure me into something I didn’t need. I deal with her regularly, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. At this point, Parkway Honda is the only place I want handling the maintenance and service on our Hondas. Their service department has taken excellent care of us, and Heather is a huge part of why I continue coming back. Five stars without hesitation. And somebody seriously needs to give Heather a raise!
