- JHJolie HallAug 28, 20261.0My boyfriend went and got his car washed after work, when he got home, we both looked at and there were scratches EVERYWHERE. So of course he put in a claim, They just got back to him denying his claim because they seen on the camera ONE scratch was there before the car wash. Even though theres TONS of other scratches.. and this is not the first time this had happened friends/family have had the same problems do better.
- SPSam PriddleAug 5, 20261.0Horrible experience with Tommy’s Express car wash company, who would not help me after my teenage child unknowingly subscribed to a monthly wash plan for $49 a month. My child thought he was getting a discounted car wash and didn’t understand they signed him up for a monthly auto charge plan. I left multiple voicemails but never received a single phone call back. I emailed through their site and they cancelled future charges but would not refund the $49 charge, any refund is up to local store management. After the local store wouldn’t return my calls, I disputed the $49 charge with our bank. The company provided generic website contract language and still refused to refund the fee even though we didn’t use the service that month. Sad they wouldn’t return my calls or help me with a mistake my child made. He learned a tough lesson and I learned Tommy’s Express Carwash is poorly managed and lacking customer appreciation.

Tommy’s denied any wrongdoing even though there was no other way for this to happen (car is garage kept and low miles)My car is now permanently cosmetically damaged. I have always heard touch car washes are bad for your vehicle and unfortunately this is true.
