  AJ and Jim were absolutely wonderful! They were both incredibly helpful in getting my alignment taken care of. Jim, the manager, went above and beyond by putting in extra effort to free up my seized axle/toe adjustment so my alignment could be corrected. I really appreciate their hard work, persistence, and customer service. Thank you both for going the extra mile! Highly recommend this Tire Discounters location!

  I've taken many vehicles here for tire replacement/servicing. They've always been great. They've never BS'ed me about other issues they found. They get you in and out pretty quick. When I need tires again this is where I'll go.

  Ordered 5 BF Goodrich Trail-Terrian for my 2023 Bronco. Was told day of my install they couldn't acquire a fifth tire, but could upgrade me to the BF Goodrich KO2 for an additional 200 bucks. That sucks, I had scheduled the tire change a week prior and felt like an upcharge but grand scheme of things I'd take the better tire. Let them do the install, pay $1595 and leave. Turns out they didn't specify it was only for 4 tires, as the spare on my back had not been changed. Which is weird to me because the whole reason for the switch was because they could not acquire 5 of the BF Trail-Terrian. I was told they would make it right when I got back in town. Go back yesterday, initially they tried to charge me with a $386 bill for the final tire, which I asked how that was making it right when it was their "mistake" they brought it down to $250, but at this point I'm now paying $450 more than what I originally ordered. Finally, the solution is they are going to order the original BF Trail-Terrian, refund me the difference and let me be on my way. Which again is very weird they are able to do this after telling me originally they could not get those tires in despite a week lead up to my appointment. Writing this as a paper trail as I am weary that they're going to double charge my credit card. Their website states no refunds or returns. I also would not put it past them to tell me after two weeks there's too much ware on the tires. Really feels like they were just trying to upcharge me from the start irregardless of all this, I'll update if they actually give my tires a clean swap.

  This place is no better than Firestone across the street. No integrity! Took my car in for a tire balance and rotation. They didn't even rotate my tires... good assumption they didn't balance either. The vibration was still there after I drove home. Told guy at counter and he just looked at me with no concern that the work wasn't done. I mark my tires because it's so hard to find an honest shop anymore and that's how I knew it wasn't done. Do better and stop ripping people off!

  No appointment. Worked me. Work was done quickly and they offered options to save me money with what I wanted to have done.
