  A few weeks ago, I walked out to my car and discovered the driver’s side rear tire was completely flat. After putting on the spare, I noticed a screw in the tread and started calling around to find a shop that could repair it. After checking with a few places, I chose Tire Discounters in Delaware because it fit my schedule for the day. They let me drop the tire off around noon, and by 4:00 p.m. they called to let me know it was repaired and ready for pickup. When I arrived, they didn’t just hand me the repaired tire—they removed the spare, reinstalled my repaired tire, and had me back on the road. From discovering the flat tire to driving away with the repair completed, the entire process took only about five hours. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and courteous. They made an unexpected inconvenience quick and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Tire Discounters in Delaware to anyone needing tire service!

  I have been to this location for both my vehicles more times than I would like to admit. And as frustrating tire problems can be, this place and its employees has a way of making the situation feel even a little better. They have great customer service, even when I have witnessed rude or negative customers, they have always been professional. They are honest! This is huge. I literally saw an elderly lady come in for an oil change, the mechanic came up front and said she had very little mileage on her current oil. The elderly lady said the car has sat and she figured it needed on and they assured her she did not and explained why. Instead of taking money from this lady and doing a service, they brought her car back around and assured her she could go back home. That is honorable service to your community. Much respect and kudos to this staff. I also want to point out how every interaction I have seen amongst this locations staff shows that they all genuinely like eachother, they love working, and they stay positive, joke around, and keep their atmosphere positive. This flows into the customers too. We see you, we hear you, and on a day we are more than likely upset, it helps make the day a little better. Last, but not least, I want to personally thank AJ for his unmatched customer service. He was honest with me and expectations of an order. He remembered me and called me back when my tire came in earlier than expected. And I personally saw 2 customers in my 2 days at the shop talk negatively toward him or be rude and he never reciprocated those emotions. He stayed positive, smiled, explained everything in detail to those customers, and they left happy both times. I appreciate you and the world needs more people like you.

  This shop was incredibly friendly! I didn’t arrive until 5:15 PM, and I knew they closed at 6:00 PM. Fernando took care of me and repaired my leaking tire, which allowed me to drive to Detroit today. I highly recommend this shop!

  All the staff were all very kind, polite, and accommodating. Got ne in and out in record time. The lobby was clean with refreshments available for the wait. Over a wonderful experience!
