  **Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and overall experience** I honestly don’t understand how this business operates with this level of customer service. Especially considering how they never seem that busy, just to be throwing away potential customers. My husband and I called **over 10 times over the span of four days** trying to purchase tires for our car. We first called Thursday and were told the tires would be in Friday or Saturday and that we would receive a call. We waited and, of course, never heard anything. On Friday, we called to check on the order and were told the tires had not arrived yet, but that they would **definitely** be there Saturday. We waited again for a call Saturday, but once again, heard absolutely nothing. We had to call them ourselves, only to then be told the tires wouldn’t be in until Monday. Monday came, and because this company clearly has no intention of calling customers back, we called **twice**. We were told the tires would arrive around noon and that someone would call us back to schedule the installation. We waited—and once again, **no call.** At this point, I’m beyond disappointed. We were ready to spend around **$600**, and it honestly felt like they couldn’t be bothered to take our money or make the slightest effort to earn our business. We shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase a company down just to find out whether the tires we’re trying to purchase have arrived. The complete lack of communication, follow-through, and basic customer service is incredibly unprofessional. If you tell a customer you’re going to call them back, **call them back.** If there’s a delay, **communicate it.** These are basic things. To make matters worse, I’ve been driving with a **nail in my tire for over a week** while trying to get this taken care of, and this experience has only prolonged the situation. I’m more than happy to take my $600 somewhere else. In fact, I wish I had done that sooner instead of wasting four days repeatedly calling, waiting, and hoping someone would actually follow through. **I would absolutely not recommend this place.** There are plenty of other tire shops where you can spend your money and actually feel like they want your business.   Went to pick up our car on a Saturday at 11:30 and manager wasn’t there so they couldn’t check us out. My husband waited for an hour. Terrible

  The hours on the website for this location are wrong and they said they can't change it. Stopped at 5:30 PM with a screw in my leaking rear tire. Kinda critical I think. Although someone was in the garage working on a a truck the lady at the counter said, all the Techs had gone home. I said your website says your open till 7pm. She said, she can't change it. There's better places to go, I'd choose them. I did.

  Called and talked to the manager and made an appointment for the same day to mount two tires. Got there for my appointment and some employee was at the front counter instead of the manager. The employee was on the phone with the manager during the whole conversation. The employee then got off the phone with the manager and had the balls to tell me he couldn't use my tires and refused to service me. He was real rude and disrespectful.
