  Called and talked to the manager and made an appointment for the same day to mount two tires. Got there for my appointment and some employee was at the front counter instead of the manager. The employee was on the phone with the manager during the whole conversation. The employee then got off the phone with the manager and had the balls to tell me he couldn't use my tires and refused to service me. He was real rude and disrespectful.

  Used to be a great shop, but quality has plummeted over the past year. They never call you back with updates. You get stuck in a loop of "hopefully today" promises that always turn into tomorrow. They even called me to pick up my car once, but when I showed up 3 hours later, there was something else broken and couldn't give it to me. To make matters worse, they have left grease all over the steering wheel and driver seat after a simple oil change. After years of loyalty, I'm done. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

  Had an amazing experience here!! The staff is super friendly and helpful, took care of my car really quickly and absolutely made my day!
