  Ended up having a great experience here overall after a rough start. I set up a new tire appointment and when I arrive, they didn’t have the tires. I ordered in stock even though it said so online. Ed was very understanding and said that this had been a problem. I asked if we could look and see if the flathead could be repaired. He said yes of course and told me that that would be no issue. It took them about 30 minutes to fix it and get my car ready and they even put the doughnut back into the compartment for it after they were finished. He ended up camping the cost of the repair and let me go without paying. Thanks to Ed this will definitely be my new tire store moving forward. However, it does need to be stated that the information online absolutely should be accurate.

  The front counter person, Sam, extremely rude and unprofessional. I took my car in to get checked out, I heard some type of noise in the rear of my vehicle. They come back and tell me it’s the front struts in a couple other things they pull it out and whenever I go to leave, I’m getting no response from my car from the gas pedal, they turn around and tell me that it’s due to electrical that was already there and tell me there’s nothing they can do about it when it started and drove there. Proceeded to tell me that they could not work on it because it was electrical that I would have to pay them when it was not having this problem whenever I brought it in

  Brought my truck in a couple days ago to get some tires put on and the crew went above and beyond! I had a caliper going bad and my break pad was down to nothing, almost ruining my rotor. They noticed it and even showed me what was wrong, they ordered the parts and had it fixed the same day! Amazing people, thank you guys.
