  I have not rented a car in years; our personal vehicle broke down in Delaware leaving us stranded. Enterprise Assist. Mgr, Britney, was kind, professional, and knowledgeable and made a challenging situation bearable. Then, when returning the car to Springfield, the young man that assisted me was also kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I have not experienced this level of customer service for anything in YEARS. Thank you, Enterprise! You set the bar high for how to treat customers!

  Booked a car 2 weeks in advance just to get a phone call from a really rude person to 20 minutes before pick up time to tell me that they don't have a vehicle for me and they go ahead and cancel my reservation.

  Awful. We were told our insurance covered us through the 20th. We returned the car on the 19th and they charged us for an extra day. Now they say we went over our max. Even though we were told we had it to the 20th. Frank was of no help. This is also the second time we’ve rented from Enterprise and both times the cars have wreaked of smoke. We don’t smoke so why do they give us cars that smell like an ashtray?

  Friendly and great service. Frank and his team are down to earth, explain things easily and go above and beyond to help. I scheduled a pick up and it was right on time, friendly driver who brought me to enterprise quickly and provided some great travel tips on the way. The SUV was clean and Frank explained everything about the vehicle before I drove off the lot. Frank even followed up and gave me updates about my car that was getting fixed due to an accident as soon as he heard from the insurance company, which in many cases was before they called me. It was great to have him reach out with an update as I knew he was also helping to keep me informed. Great experience.
